TOPIC: LL's Lig Cut Journal and Progress Report

Things are going well, thanks. I have included photos to show the mature result I was left with. As I may have mentioned before, I have very large thighs and they tend to make a penis appear smaller which is why I was so self conscious about my size, it was actually slightly above average at 4 inches Flaccid but appeared small on my body frame. Secondly when I initially met with Dr. Rosenthal he actually said he could see why I was concerned about my Flaccid length, he said my width was bigger than my Flaccid length roughly 5 inches Flaccid Girth x 4 inches in length. This can also give the allusion of less length. He was right, as I show, I am 5 inches soft Girth at base and 4.6 mid shaft Girth and at glands. So having things more even when Flaccid was important to me, plus I was very self conscious of it. Anyways, I know I\'m not going to be any envy on a nude beach or locker room but at least I feel more comfortable now and think it looks more proportional. My measurements are now 4.75-5 inches Flaccid length (3/4-1\" Flaccid gain increase) most of the time and 5.25 in length when in a hot tub, super relaxed or a quick tug. When turtled I never go below 4.5 inches in length anymore. Another cool trick from removing the suspensory lig is a very quick unnoticeable tug of your penis leaves it to hang at least another .25-.5 inches for a good 3-4 mins. So if I\'m feeling like a little boost coming out of the shower at the gym, a quick 1 tug, boom 5.25-5.5 inches length for a good 3- 4 mins. The one thing I will say though is that now if I pump, it does look pretty big as it will hold at 5.5 base Girth, 5.1 mid shaft and glands Girth by 5.5 in length Flaccid without over pumping and it looks very natural. My Erect measurements are the same as my last log, these have not changed, I have gained only 1/4 inches in Erect length but again that\'s not why I did it.
The first 2 pics are from my original penis the day of surgery 4\".

Today, 5 mos post ligament release nearly 5\".
You will also notice no real sign of a scar.

Flaccid Girth (base shows over 5\" but the tape is a lil slack, I\'m 5\" soft).
The last 2 are after 1 light quick tug. Penis hangs well beyond my scrotum, pre surgery that was not the case.

I\'m pretty pleased with the results and I continue to hang every day!

Thank you very much. And concerning my Erection angle, I\'ve come to believe this is somewhat of a myth. I talked to many members on this forum who had this procedure before I did it. Not one of them said their penis pointed downward (Erect) now after surgery. My Erection appears the same wIth maybe only a slight less upward angle but still points upward. Now though, I have the ability to point it more downward while Erect if I want to (sexual positions etc). Before surgery I had a very thick suspensory ligament and could never think of pointing my penis downward while Erect. Removal of this ligament provides less of an anchor to your upper pubic area. That being said, it never feels unstable either.

Everything continues to go well. I am pleased with the results, my Flaccid penis always appears on the larger than average side now. It has done wonders for my self confidence. The scar is a little bit thicker than I would have wanted but I always have a bit of hair over the scar and it\'s concealed. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

$4500. Add in hotel, gas (no air fare), food. $4800ish total. If you had to fly, obviously this would change your cost quite a bit especially if you brought a spouse. I have a whole box full of PE gear so I also didn\'t need to purchase a vac Hanger, another 3-500 for that I presume. Compared to other surgeons (some even using obsolete methods) charging much more, I think it\'s a good deal. You just have to be realistic about what you are paying for, Flaccid gains.
Also some people have asked about Erection angle. The first picture is me at rest with an obvious upward Erection. Second picture is a full Erection and notice my thumb is attempting to push it in the downward position. So no, your penis will not point downward, I believe this is a myth.

Did the doc also state that the Erection angle loss was a myth?
How long was the healing to the point that someone wouldn't notice?
How did you explain the surgery to your wife?

Yes I hung, pumped and extended for years before my lig cut.

Yes Dr. R did say that the angle would not change. Some men do have a change in angle though.

I am darker skinned and the scar would be noticeable if I had no pubes. I keep it trimmed and it\'s still completely hidden. I would say 6 months would be a good time frame for the scar to fade a little bit.

My wife was there with me, she drove me home and took care of me. She got XL implants so she understood wanting to be bigger. There was no hiding this from my wife she even went to the consultation with me.

You will need to re-phrase your question. I don\'t understand what you\'re asking? Reattach ligs? You want your ligs reattached?
