His shaft skin has always been looser and his erections in the past were not rock hard. Therefore touching his preop penis, there definitely was room for him to grow.

What Dr Elist\'s implant does is stretch your penis to its maximum extent. It cannot perform miracles immediately post-surgery. It all depends on the amount of skin you have on your penis on the day of surgery. With time, I was told, the weight of the penile implant and gravity will cause the implant to descend. That\'s why there are a few added inches to the implant. I can feel it in my public area just up to the incision line. I can feel the silicone implant end just about there.

It\'s been about a year now. I\'m still at 6 inches. I was 5 when I came out of surgery. Back to my original length of 6. So I regained my Inch about 4-5 months post surgery. Haven\'t had any length gains since then. Girth has been great. Nice and thick with the implant.

My partner has had more length gains than me. Before surgery his Flaccid was 4 length and 3.5 Girth. After surgery he was 6 which is about half an Inch more than he was Erect naturally at 5.5 before. Now he\'s edging closer to 7 inches at 6.75 inches. He\'s gained 1.25 inches over his pre operation length. The only thing doc him is the scar line is more visible. He\'s white, I\'m East Asian. My scar line has healed up nicely plus my pubic hair covers whatever is left.

I am hopeful. It\'s only been a year. I\'ll see how the next few months go. Other than that sex is great with the implant for both me and my partner. The implant keeps you hard at the Flaccid state and the erections are rock solid.

Are you suggesting that the implant has increased Erect Length of your partner by a whopping 1.25\"? Can any one explain this? I am not saying I don\'t believe the pix you included, but I think there has to be another explanation. while I am not a Dr, I can\'t imagine a correct medical or scientific reason for this increase. The implant will never increase length. Just not possible.

Yes, my partner\'s progress has been much better than mine. He used to be 5.5 Erect, whereas I was 6 inches Erect before the surgery.

Today he is almost at 7 inches. I grew one Inch post surgery back to my pre surgery Erect length to 6 inches.

I am not a medical doctor or a scientist, unfortunately it\'s something I can\'t explain. I was told that the implant moves as the skin stretches over time. I was told that the second year is when growth happens the most.

Ok, \"I say it as I see it\" and with all respect to you.

There is no way in hell that the Elist implant added ANYTHING in EL. No way. There is no possible way that this can happen. think about it, how can a silicone implant add Erect Length to the penile shaft? Elist is full of lies and the only thing that the implant will add is Girth and Flaccid length. May be your partner is saying he added Flaccid length. That is possible because the implant will force the penis to be stretched all the time. Does your partner have a photo of EL before and after the implant, using the same exact measuring method? Please ask him. One photo is not enough for you to believe he has gained 1.25\" of EL, is it?

Anyway, the most important thing is that you are saying you have no complications at this point and that is great news.

I think the explanation is that he is now measuring the start of his penis from where the scare is. In the picture he nearly looks 6.5 Inch Flaccid from measuring it from there. But this is an incorrect starting point. You can see that it is probably adding about an Inch and a half to the length. Possibly before surgery he never measured from so far up explaining why he thinks he added Erect length.

\"If\" that is the case, talk about fooling your self into believing elist. Anyway, I hope Aero will look into this further, no sense into thinking he can expect 1.25\" of EL increase due to implant.

Just because you think the implant cannot make length gains doesn\'t mean that one can\'t. It\'s like your president (I\'m Canadian) saying that global warming doesn\'t exist; therefore it doesn\'t exist.

I\'m not here to defend Dr. Elist\'s work. Just here to write about our experience and post some photos. I have been as honest as I can with my posts. If you don\'t believe it, then so be it. I\'ve said from the very beginning that I will write all the positives and negatives. If my experience is bothering you, then please don\'t read it.

I haven\'t been making stuff up like oh I got up to 8 inches with this implant. In fact I\'m at the exact same length that I was before surgery at 6 inches which was my previous Erect length.

My partner\'s experience is different from mine. Maybe it\'s his skin, I do notice that he has a lot more loose skin on his penis shaft than me, whereas mine is a lot looser. I\'m not trying to analyze my penis too much. Just trying to be patient and see how the second year goes. I\'m just happy that here hasn\'t been an infection or something terrible happen. So far I love the gains in Girth plus the feel of the implant when I jerk off. Our sex life has improved a lot. I love how the implant feels in me, as does my partner when I am the top.

On a side note, something cool and fun is skinny dipping. I just discovered this while on holiday. The weight of the implant turns my Dick into sort of a flotation device as does my testicular implant. My Dick starts pointing straight out at a 90 degree angle even when Flaccid. And jumping up and down in the water naked feels like I\'m sort of jerking off and got me super hard.

I agree with Mustang. Can\'t see how the implant increases the length. Dr. Elist claims it is from the Hanging of the implant that pulls the ligaments (and perhaps stretches the tunica). But honestly, the weight isn\'t enough to do this IMO.

Any newbies reading this thread should do a quick search on all the failed Elist implants. If anything, Aero\'s (so far) success with the impant is is an aberration (from my knowledge of the implant). The horror stories I am privy to (most not viewable publicly on this website) are many.

For me and my partner, yes. We have sex quite regularly and it feels great, both as the giver and receiver top/bottom.

I don\'t regret getting the penile implant and testicular implants as of today. It\'s now 1.5 years post surgery for us.
