TOPIC: My PMMA journal 6/7/16

Something I forgot to mention that is actually a pretty big deal.
I\'ve always had a slight curve to the right. It was exaggerated after Round 1 as the left side seemed to either grow more collagen or there was more product, and the right side was a bit concave.
I told Dr. C about this, and whatever he did worked, as thus far everything is Hanging wonderfully straight.
I think that one of the often unmentioned benefits of PMMA is the ability to FIX flaws you had before the procedure. All we ever hear is the negatives.

I don\'t want to be rude and hope you don\'t mind me saying this, but you natural penis was cray thin compared to the head. Aesthetically it looks so much better now in my opinion.

@Hoddle- I know, that\'s exactly why I did it. I do have to get used to the optical illusion that it now appears shorter, though it\'s really the same length.
As for an update, I\'m still (Day 7) having some swelling on the topside of my shaft. It\'s very firm & palpable, but can be mostly dispersed, so I know it\'s fluid. It makes my Flaccid look very odd, like it\'s wearing a back pack, but looks fine when Erect. Should I still be trying to move this around? It seems like it\'s only serving to keep me sore, and prolonging my recovery. I\'m not too worried that it\'s PMMA or collagen. I think it\'s too far out to still be PMMA moving around, and too early for collagen. Should I just leave it alone? Any advice please?

That is an incredible difference. Night and day! It looks great.
With regards to the swelling, you are right. At this point, you are not manipulating PMMA, just swelling. It really serves no purpose to try and do this. I would say just let it go away on its own.

And you are right... the optical illusion of being shorter is something you have to get used to. It plays tricks on you. I had to do the same thing.

Now you can see why I did it. If there ever was somebody that \"needed\" PMMA, it was me.

Gentlemen, please look to cases like this as an example of how temp & perm fillers can have a dramatic impact on a person\'s life. Briceb, I couldn\'t agree with you more. Before and after is incredible. Smokdu, I\'m so happy for you, and I wish that you continue to heal comfortably and safely. I hope that this enhancement improves both your physical and self-esteem, as well as sex life.

@Chester- thanks for the encouraging words, I couldn\'t be happier at this point. My confidence in social situations has even improved. It really does improve your outlook in all areas of life. Perhaps it was just me, and I was obsessing, but my lack of Girth really screwed with my head. I hated watching porn with my first wife because, well, they\'re porn stars. It really made me feel inadequate. Now, especially after round 2 fixing the gap I had, & adding more Girth, I feel great about that part of my life and can finally stop worrying about it.
I think that is the bigger issue to this PMMA thing. Penis size, or lack thereof, whether real or perceived, can wreak havoc on a man\'s life. If properly researched and prepared for all outcomes, a man can change his life with this procedure. I don\'t advocate somebody who is already 6\" Girth doing this to get to 7\". But for somebody such as myself, I think is who this procedure is made for. Just my $.02

@BriceB- Yes, I\'m Hanging .75-1\" longer, and 1\" more Girth on my Flaccid. Like I said, I couldn\'t be happier with my results.

Round 2 daye 8

So...I\'m getting kinda nervous about this firmness on the topside of my shaft. It\'s been there since Day 2, and I massaged the shit outta the PMMA this time, way more than I did in Round 1. But now it\'s Day 8, and it doesn\'t seem to be going away. It looks like swelling, but is very firm & has a defined edge to it. But being as it was there from day 2, it couldn\'t possibly be PMMA/collagen, could it? I mean, I massaged it completely flat like every hour for the first 5 or 6 days. It\'s still red and very warm right where this \"swelling\" is, so does that mean it\'s likely edema? I quit massaging it on Day 6 just because I was still very sore from all the rubbing, and that was just keeping it irritated. What\'s weird is that when I\'m hard, you can\'t even feel it. Almost like it disappears. Any medically educated folks care to chime in?

That\'s a great result. I can see why you went for it, you really did have a genuine reason to go ahead.

Round 2, End of Day 8

So I emailed Wade about this firmness/swelling just to ease my mind. He asked for pics, but it was late in the day and I didn\'t hear back.

I\'m worried that somehow, despite my Herculean efforts to keep this thing massaged flat, the PMMA got back into the tissue on top of my shaft and set up shop. It\'s still early, I know. And maybe I\'m just being paranoid. But I had no swelling after round 1, so this is new for me. I guess it\'s just wait and see and hope.

The photo really doesn\'t look that bad. Well, I guess it really isn\'t that bad. It\'s more that I can feel it and hope it\'s not permanent.
