Poya, like you, I have good Girth, and I attribute half an Inch to pumping. However, I\'ve never done Clamping. How much of your Girth would you honestly attribute to Clamping, if anything?

I would say Clamping gave me most of my Girth gains, when I did it extreme way. I think the problem I had, was that my sets were to much. I mean, something like 20, sometimes even 30 min without break and giving no breathe to my penis. That end up with all kind of problems, as you can see in photos, first page of this thread. Extreme discolouration, skin bruising, EQ down, urethra bled, etc.

If you are going to do the clamp way, my advise is to not to do more than 15 min per set, 10 min even better.

Then you can do Ulis with the clamp, Jelqing while clamp, double or triple clamp... Just take it easy.

Key to girth gains according to me is to use a girth band 24 hours a day to cement gains and stop the penis from turtling. A girth band is a 1 inch (approx) of a silicone sleeve, like this lghangerllc.com/product/1-0-silicon-sleeve-quality-8-length/ .

I have tons from LG Hanger. Girth bands just retain the edema. I used to do that.

Ok, you prob push the exercise a little to far, at least if you get edema every time you do PE. Maybe you dont turtle or shrink alot during the day, in those cases the GB is highly recommended. If you are experienced with PE you could try another Girth exercise tho. Jurrassic crushers is an very advanced exercise. You start of by Clamping as normal. Then you need a ridgid surface like a table or a zink thats in the same hight as your penis is. Then you need a mason jar, a steel bottle or something like that. Then you put your clamped penis at the surface and take the jar/bottle and push down. This will create great width and if you are un conditioned it can be to much to handle. Do them for 40-50 sec each, and a bout 4-5 in a row. The last reps your penis will be more pliable. Once you got the hang of it you can increase the sets, so you do maybe 15-25 in total (instead of 4-5). Take small breaks between each rep tho.

I got gains from all these types of Girth exsercises. I do not know how many gains each exercise gave me. It was an overall. Edema is a side effect from doing them agressive way, about an hour, an hour and a half sometimes.
