TOPIC: Are these nodules or granulomas??????

I\'ve had 5 procedures and the problems still persist... The left lower side of my penis feels grainy and bumpy, I hate it. I had a touch up with Dr. C in January but this area was a failure. I hope that a layer can be put on top of it to make smooth but I have a feeling it just doesn\'t work like that..

I\'m going to see Dr. Cho again to get his opinion and see if he recommends more product to make it smooth, if possible. I haven\'t wanted more product since my first procedure, I just wanted it even and natural. This procedure just didn\'t sit well with my penis I guess.

Anyways here are some pictures of the area. Do you think it can be fixed? Maybe I\'ll have to get degloved to cut that area out and then re-do it to make it smooth. I hope the hell not because of the cost but maybe I\'ll get a better Circumcision while I\'m at since it was loose to begin with and now it practically looks un circumsized.

Also pictures make it look a hell of a lot better than it actually feels when I palpate it.

i seriously doubt adding anymore PMMA is going to make things any better, you\'ve had 4 rounds already to sort out the mess from your 1st round with no success, what makes you think another round is going to be any different?
Either do nothing and accept your penis for how it is (I think it looks okay) or go see Gary Alter see if there\'s anything he can do.

Yeah I hear you loud and clear. My gut is telling me the same thing but a part of me is lying to myself thinking it\'s gonna get magically fixed. It\'s not looks as much as the way it feels. Anyways I\'m gonna hold out until next year to see if it gets better. I might contact Dr. Alter if need be.

It sounds more like nodules than granuloma. PMMA causes collagen formation, it is possible that the PMMA Balls accumulate in 1 area and stimulate more collagen there. Granulomas tend to form later (ie not part of the initial thickening process) also tend to be red and tender and often change over time.
More PMMA is unlikely to help - as mentioned. I am not sure if people have reported much success with injecting steroid (maybe with 5FU) into nodules to break them down. May be worth considering.

I certainly can not tell how does your penis feel and maybe it would be a little bit awkward if I could, but I just wanted to say that it looks 100% natural to me in these two photos you posted. 100% natural and very very big. Congratulations!

Could you please post some more photos where we can see the whole package, not just the part of the shaft.
