I\'m officially on day 2 and had a lot of swelling on day one, but I braced myself for it and it doesn\'t bother me. Here\'s a little update on the past 40 hours or so:
11/24/2015 @ 1:30pm: I checked into
Avanti Derma and did all the required paperwork. I then met with Wade and we discussed my goals. He advised that they were offering Linnea Safe at the same price as Metacrill and recommended I go with it. When I asked why, he stated that the two products are the same as far as having
PMMA and the levels of concentration in the carrier. So then I asked, what\'s the difference and why should I still choose Linnea Safe over Metracrill despite the price matching. He honestly said, that the reason they could offer Linnea today at the same price as Metacrill was because of a surplus. I then asked whether there would be any adverse affects if in the future, like say, my 2nd Round, I go with Metracrill because in the future, they are no longer offering the price matching. Wade stated that there isn\'t any risk of the two different brands affecting each other or any adverse effects. I then asked, despite the price being reduced, why should I still choose Linnea Safe over Metacrill, and Wade said because the carrier in the Linnea Safe is a bit thicker and more easy to detect to the touch when massaging the penis. That answer sold me because I really wanted to make sure that I properly moved the product as advised, and knew that being able to \"feel\" the product is key to actually accomplishing this goal. So, I went with Linnea Safe.
11/242015 @ 2:00pm: I get moved to the procedure room where I\'m asked to remove my clothing and put on a robe with these silly blue foot covers. Christian is the one there with me when I do this, however, of course, I use a restroom in the procedure room to change. When I was finished undressing, I saw that Dr. C had entered the procedure room. I was given the medications that I\'d be taking over the next 6 days (antibiotic, I think flomax generic brand Tamsulosin, and some relaxing agent, don\'t remember the name but the name of the medication started with an \"A\").
Afterwards, myself and Dr. C talked about my goals (6.5 to 6.7) to which he said my numbers were unrealistic. He then did the physical examination of my penis, and then said, OK, maybe that\'s not unrealistic, it\'s big, you can probably get that and maintain good aesthetics. Dr. C and Christian then prepared me for the procedure with 4 shots of lidocaine (2 on each side of the base and penis). After this, Wade walked in and then the procedure began with 30% Linnea Safe.
Whatever that relaxing medication was, it made me quite talkative, so we chatted about the procedure, Dr. Loria and other types of procedures, and the level of my confidence with their procedure. During all of this, I received 6 entry points, 3 on each side of the penis. I noticed that they kept going through vials of Linnea Safe after almost an hour, so I asked, how many ccs are we at right now, and I recall Dr. C saying I\'m at 22cc right now. However, the procedure went on for like another 30 minutes after that, and when it was all said and done, they told me that I had received 29ccs of Linnea Safe, with 27ccs at 30% and 2ccs at 10%. I was amazed. I was told that my penis was large enough to handle it, and the loose skin was able to take it without much problem.
11/24/2015 from 4:00 till 12:00am: I was allowed to leave without a wrap and without a stretcher. Wade said that my

He gave me a quick run down of how to massage the penis over the rest of the day and through the night, but I could tell he had to move quickly since there was a 4:00 procedure patient waiting on him. I left and went to eat at the OXXO gas station across the street from the Grand Hotel. They have decent tacos, so I got 2 of them. I then went back to my hotel room and tried to massage. I took a few photos which I posted on an earlier post. Those pics do not show the full extent of my swelling, as the swelling got worse over the late night hours (like around 3 or 4 in the morning). I had a hard time feeling the product due to the swelling, and of course, it was my first time doing this, so as a novice, I knew there would be a huge learning curve.
11/25/2015 from 12:00 am till 11:00 am: I massaged my penis religiously over the course of the night, seeing the swelling increase more and more each passing hour at around 3 or 4 a.m. I\'ll be honest, I really didn\'t feel the product, but just tried to emulate the motions that I remember Wade demonstrated on me. I did that every hour to hour and a half, as I was sleeping on and off to ensure that my body was resting and getting proper healing. I recommend any of you getting the procedure to actually sleep and NOT try to stay up 2 days straight. Your body needs the rest to properly heal itself. Anyways, I massaged roughly 5 to 6 times through the night and into the morning. I then had this huge fiasco at the Soriana Market (I went to purchase
Cialis and nearly got ripped off by getting shorted by 4 pills in an 8 pack, but got it fixed eventually). After this mess, I returned to Dr. C\'s office at 11:00 am, for my check up with Wade. He noted the extensive swelling at the
Circumcision scar (like a huge donut, but if you\'ve ever pumped, you\'ve seen this before). He began to point out all the problem areas that needed to be massaged and kneeded down to get a more cylindrical natural look. He took his time demonstrating the technique of using your thumb as a pressurizing agent to move the product until you feel the fluid drain down. Thereafter, he showed me how to roll my thumb, always being cognizant of what your thumb is pushing. He asked me to place my thumb over areas that he had just worked so that I could feel the difference between an area where he had just moved the product, to other areas that he had yet to massage where there was product. He then shaped up the penis and wrapped it and sent me on my way. Wade told me NOT to keep the wrap on for too long and advised that I take it off before boarding my flight because the wrap might (even though NOT tight) might hinder the creation of the collagen.
I then left to the airport, and I removed the wrapping as instructed. The hardest part was then massaging inside the airport restroom inside a stall. I\'m sorry but the San Diego Airport is horrible. So much traffic, that it was difficult to ever concentrate on the technique. I managed to massage twice before take off, and then did another 2 massages while at the next airport in Houston (the Houston airport, on the other hand was so much nicer and better for massaging).
11/25/2015 from 11 pm till now: I got home, and man has my technique gotten so much better. I can now get the penis to look great and massage the product down the length of my shaft just like Wade had done. I massaged through the night, getting up every 2 hours or so. I believe I got up about 4 times, and each time I was really pleased with how things were looking.
That\'s it for now. So far, I really don\'t have much swelling. All my entry points with the exception of one seems to have healed. I\'m really pleased with the overall experience of Round 1. I want to tip my hat off to both Dr. C and Wade. They did their part and were there afterwards, providing me with a cell number in case I had any issues. I \'ve got until about 4:00pm today to be 48 hours in. I will continue with the massaging beyond that point to ensure the most consistent and cylindrical look that I can maintain.
The swelling has also gone down quite a bit already, which I was surprised about, but hey, maybe I\'m a good healer. I do keep myself in shape. I\'ll update with pics from today a bit later to show the difference in swelling and the lack of bruising on my unit.
