Hey Alex, it looks really good already. I would hang for a year as I know you want the extra length - then decide what you want to do. Once you get grafts you really can\'t hang anyway. I did after I had mine and my Dick got longer than the grafts and 2 years later I had to have another surgery to have the ends tapered and they went through my Balls.
