I don\'t stretch. I get a negative reaction when I do. So I only do very light pulls here and there.

I see him Oct 9. Then I will most likely do Girth and prescrotal webbing surgery. Then retire and move into a nudist colony. Haha

do you mean you are getting Girth done with dr ress? or you mean PMMA? what does dr ress do for Girth if that is the case?

Yeah I was looking into Dr. Ress\' Girth which I\'m light on details at this time. I\'m not thinking about PMMA.

Let\'s get past the 3 month mark and see where I\'m at with EL. I will hang weights to get the most out of this procedure and go from there. I still have a long way to go yet and things still can go wrong.

Going ok. I won\'t measure again for another couple of weeks. One Erection seems bigger and another does not. I am not going to get into a compulsive behavior so I just live my life.

I will pass along that my FSL is well above my belly button now. Largest ever. Regardless of my EL, it is clear that I\'ll be about to close any gap between my FSL and EL with manual PE. There is nothing holding my penis inside my body but the rear ligs and some scar tissue.

I\'ll post when I can get an Erection worthy of measurement.

5 weeks.

Didn\'t feel as much as a push back as the first functional penetration trial. Did not get the negative reaction I had after the first penetration attempt which caused me nearly a week of slight pain and Turtling. It also caused me to not try again for 2 weeks. I seem to be healing and building support scar tissue.

I\'m about the same size as pre-op EL at this point but that is an improvement over the last two measurements which were under my pre-op. Fat pad is still not present. I would have traded fat pad for visible EL any day of the week. Still waiting to see if that materializes but not likely to end up at 1\" EL gain at this point although there is a 1\" or more difference between my FSL and EL.

This is a trial of a new procedure and I am following protocol and refraining from stretching even though I fully believe the only way to maximize the result is through applying of a traction device or weights. At this point, I feel the structure is stable enough to apply tension but will not due to protocol.

My results may differ from yours and my healing process might not be how you heal. My hope is New1Inch and the others that are taking part in this procedure gain at 5 weeks but don\'t get discouraged if you don\'t. It may turn out that this is the holy grail for manual PE that will restart gains that may exceed what was normally possible.

It is per protocol. I can see why though. Even light stretches caused Turtling early on. What he did is sensitive to force. I want to see how everyone else ends up because it could be just me.

I just wanted to add that Dr. Ress and his staff are top notch. Nothing but praise for them and their operation. I have no regrets that I went through with the procedure and hope that Dr. Ress continues to explore Phalloplasty. We need more infusion of top tier plastic surgeons solving the EL enigma and thinking outside the box. Knowing what I know now, I\'d still have it done.

I\'m still in the healing phase and might end up with a positive gain. If others end up with a net gain then I\'ll be just as happy. If not, I hope Dr. Ress continues to refine his procedure and solves the puzzle.

Things are going pretty well. I added in some stretching but nothing too intense. I\'m building scar tissue and I can actually feel things tightening up.

I\'ll ask him when I go again.

This is going to be my last post about this unless there is a change or manual PE shows gains. Here is break down for me at this point.

Positives:
Longer and more consistent Flaccid length.
Longer FSL by some.
Stability is great side to side
Erection angle is normal

Negatives:
My NBPEL varies .3 or so but I\'ve never gone over my pre-op NBPEL. In fact I\'ve never hit my pre-op NBPEL. I\'ve gotten close but not exactly.
I have no fat pad at all as something was inserted or moved over my public bone.
I had 1+\" of fat pad that was insertable but I do not have it anymore.
The area above my pubic bone is still sensitive to stress but not to touch.
I still have some feeling that there is nothing holding my penis forward when Erect but it has gotten better but still there.
I have a T-shaped scar and where to T cross section is formed, there is an indent. It also doesn\'t seem like it is going to be fully covered by hair.

There you have it. I am going to start manual pe as soon as I can.
