Have you ever thought about losing weight? You have one of the most prominent fat pads, relative to the rest of your body, that I\'ve ever seen (especially picture 1). I bet you\'ve got close to an Inch of Erect length that could be revealed if you got on a program with good cardio (like one of the Beachbody programs). Just a thought. Not saying you look bad or anything - it looks great. Your body doesn\'t look bad either, I just noticed the very thick, puffy fat pad. If you want Erect length bad enough you should consider it. Kill two birds with one stone.

I don\'t remember having a sleeve option, but I do remember reading about a fellow member\'s experience. It may have been yours? Thank you for all your contributions, BTW. Nurse Wade wrapped it up well after the procedure, I grabbed lunch at the buffet, then stayed in my room at The Grand until the next day. Constantly massaging/thumb rolling the entire time. I think I only slept an hour that night.

As far as my fat pad, thank you for mentioning that. That\'s a great idea. If I can get an extra Inch visible, it will be worth it. Cheers!

Continued health and gains, Diga. I second smalljay\'s sentiment. In your case it looks pretty clear that if you lose the fat pad, you\'ll def make a noticeable gain. If you were in high school in 2000, that means you\'re in your early 30s; certainly young enough to engage in some comprehensive cardio, outstanding any existing health issues. If that isn\'t an option, and you have the budget, perhaps you can look into liposuction in the fat pad area. I\'m not privy to the efficacy of this procedure, but I would assume it is possible and can potentially yield good results. Something to research and then discuss with doctors with good experience/results in this area.

Nodule Treatment Update:

I ordered a bottle of DMSO (glass bottle) through a link that smalljay had provided in this thread:

I started the nodule treatment last Tuesday and am currently on Day 9.

Per session, I used 4 parts DMSO (99.8%) and 1 part Heinz brand filtered Apple Cider Vinegar into a mini glass jar with a glass dropper (full squeezes, not drops). I mixed by swishing the liquids in the jar, not shaking.

As this was my first experience with DMSO, I only wanted to focus on 1 or two visible nodules (but I can feel 3-4 nodules). While manually stretching my penis straight out with my hand, I dipped a Qtip in the mixture and spot dabbed a nodule, carefully using the dry side of the Qtip to wipe any excess that travelled too far from the nodule. I let the mix soak into the nodule and repeated this 3-4 times, all while still holding out my penis. I figured this was a good time to get a manual PE stretch knocked out, as each session was about 30 mins. You want the DMSO to fully dry before putting your pants on. I did two sessions per day. I recommend having a TV already in front of you or some online streaming before you begin because you don\'t want to be touching everything around you and have tiny particles of dirt fall on your penis with DMSO soaking in.

NOTE: There is an initial chemical reaction between DMSO and ACV. You may see fumes or smoke and the mixture will become warm or even hot. I waited 10-15 seconds before dipping the first Qtip.

NOTE 2: Don\'t store your mixtures if it uses a tin lid (it may corrode from the fumes and particles will fall into it). I rinsed out my mixing container and made a new, fresh batch for each session.

I have attached the original image of the nodule (with a red arrow), and my current status after 9 days of DMSO treatment.

Who would you recommend for someone that had a FFT that resulted in a curvature and decreased erectlength that needs to be corrected.
