So I\'m 2weeks post procedure and things are okay however I feel that inhale lost a little length(a quarter of an Inch) and a Nodule has appeared.

This blows but they did correct the left side of the shaft so that\'s good.

They also used Kenalog to decrease some of the bump that was on the bottom left of my shaft.
Here s me Flaccid 2wks post op

Definitely some decent Girth but again I have a Nodule and it appears I have lost a little length. I can tell b.c when I jerk off with 2hands my upper hand runs again the head where before both hands stayed below the glans.

Anybody know if this is common and will the Nodule disappear when the collagen starts to grow?

3 procedures down and things aren\'t great, however I have above average Girth(6inches Erect) and a pretty even looking shaft.

You can regain the length. If you have patience and an extender and/or All Day Stretcher, you can begin stretching out your penis and it should come back. I\'m still in the process of getting my lost length back, but I keep a positive attitude and tell myself, \"my Dick\'s length didn\'t magically disappear, I just have scar tissue hindering the Erection, so with routine stretching over time, I\'ll work through or loosen the scar tissue and regain my length.\"

No worries dude, be happy with the aesthetic improvements and employ a stretching routine and all will work itself out.

Justdoit do you think I can stretch 2wks post op? Thx for the encouragement.

Also, are there any all day stretchers I can wear at work that are completely unnoticeable?

I don\'t see why one couldn\'t use an ADS two weeks post procedure, as many have been told to use an ADS for at least 3 weeks or more following a procedure. In fact, you should have received an email from Avante Derma about 3 days after your procedure that discusses what you should be experiencing and doing during the healing process. In the email, it is recommended that the ADS be used for up to 3 weeks or more if possible.

I\'d recommend the ESL40 as an inexpensive ADS that easily conceals under your clothing. There is a more effective ADS known as the phallosan forte, however, it is way more expensive and it also looks like it could hurt (however, I don\'t know since I\'ve never owned one).

I bought the esl40 at the office. I\'ll be using this to hopefully regain my length. Thx.

You\'ll regain any length and if you continue to wear it you\'ll probably even add length. Enjoy the process.

Guys,

I\'m becoming more and more frustrated with the left side near the base. The PMMA is sticking out and I was recently called out for it.
I want Dr. C or someone to make a small incision and remove it. Its half the size of a dime but bulky and noticeable. What do you guys think?

I had something like that but I massaged and pressed the hell out of it for days after surgery and it\'s gone now. I was scared that it would stay because I read a few posts about this very thing, so I made sure I grabbed my Dick every chance I could and molded it. Maybe yours will eventually disappear too. Try to warm it up and then rolf the fuck out of it as much as you can.

Also, I was told to use the ESL40 the next day after surgery. Wade put it on me and adjusted the tension to \"very light\" at first, just to keep it stretched. Unfortunately, I turtle severely and all the stretching I\'m doing doesn\'t seem to help keep my Flaccid length out there.

Hunkydory said in another thread that Dr Reed made a scrotal incision to taper his dermal graft, so smoothing that lump should be no problem for him. He seems to be very reasonably priced compared to other urologists with experience of reconstructing PE issues.

Hoddle I\'m going to check out dr reed. Is he in the USA and more importantly, how would he go about \"smoothing\" the lump after its been there for several months? I thought PMMA was virtually impossible to smooth after a certain length of time.

UPDATE: Just got off the phone with Dr reed\'s receptionist and she said Dr reed doesn\'t remove any silicone like product b.c of the risk of scarring.

UPDATE2: Spoke to Dr reed personally and turns out he does remove unnecessary product.

Anybody have experiences with dr reed?

Guys,

I\'m stuck on how to correct the mass on the left side of my Dick... see pic above.

I can go 2 routes:
1.Have Dr Reed make a small incision and remove it or...
2. Go back to DR C and have him fill around the area with microdots...

I have already invested $250 into a phone consultation with DR Reed and thousands with DR Casavantes for PMMA.

Risks:
Dr Reeds incision could be bigger than an Inch or so and leave undesirable and noticeable scar.

I think what ill ultimately end up doing is having dr reed remove it then have DR C \"clean\" up the area with microdots..

Opinions please!!

If you\'re worried about the unsightliness of the lump, won\'t you be equally as unsatisfied with a scar taking its place?
