Been lurking and reading for about 6 months, signed up about 6 weeks ago when I finally decided to take the plunge thanks to the wealth of information here. I am not really one of those people who post a lot, but felt that I should share and give back to the community since I have gotten so much from it.

I am a 50 years old, descent shape for the mileage if you don\'t count the bad knees and Lumbar 360 I had a year ago. Been with the same woman for 20 years. We\'re best friends and have a great sex life. I decided I wanted to do this to further enhance our sex life together. She has never complained or even hinted about not being satisfied. But I also have seen her eyes roll back in her head when playing with toys that were significantly larger in Girth than I am. That was why I started researching and investigating. When I brought up doing this she didn\'t blink an eye. First words out of her mouth were \"you have always supported me with anything I have done, you know I got your back\".

My appointment with Dr. C was Wednesday May 27th. Initially they were a little difficult to get in contact with. After 4 emails with no response I finally called and within 30 minutes Wade responded to one of my emails. We went back and forth for several emails and he was more than helpful. Fielded every question I had. And when I said I was ready to make an appointment he put me in contact with Diana who handled the rest.

Flew in to San Diego Wednesday morning and was picked up by their shuttle driver who met us (the wife tagged along) at baggage claim. He took us to the Grand and dropped us off. And also was nice enough to tell us what floor and suite number Dr. C was in in the next tower. Albeit, he told us the wrong suite.. but still it was more than I had to work with if he hadn\'t said anything.

The Grand... well, it\'s \"convenient\", and it\'s clean. I\'m not going to go overboard praising them and not going to rip them apart either. Initial impression was less than stellar. When I made my reservation, I reserved the \"Suite Presidencial\" (since I would have the woman in tow with me) and also confirmed that I could check in early since my appointment was at 3:00. When we arrived at around 11:15 a.m. they told us that we didn\'t have a room and I could not check in until 3:00. After a brief Tasmanian Devil episode, they found me a room on a smoking floor, and assured me that it \"didn\'t smell\". Not that I am a prude about it. Hell, I used to smoke. But the woman would have been pretty miserable as she has allergies.
The room wasn\'t what I reserved. But it wasn\'t a shit hole either. And it did not smell like a smoking room (FINALLY, a positive!). Everything else about the stay there was pretty uneventful, except when it came time to check out. We ate at the restaurant for one meal and hit the bar for a couple of drinks, both of which were charged to the room. When we checked out Friday morning the clerk said he needed to charge the additional charges, which I understood. But what I couldn\'t understand is why he absolutely refused to allow me to review the charges BEFORE charging my card. There just weren\'t enough words in the English language to make this cat understand I had no issue paying, I just wanted to verify what I was being charged for! And even after the additional charges were paid, I still didn\'t get to see what they were for so I could verify they were correct. I was only given a receipt with the total. Oh well. It wasn\'t a huge charge, and if the slipped an extra peso or three in it wasn\'t going to break me. I am just one of those that has traveled and lived in hotels quite a bit and like to look over the charges before paying.

Now, on to Avanti Derma.
Per the email from Diana, we arrived at 14:30 for my 15:00 appointment. When we walked in, she greeted us at the desk and said \"my, you\'re early\". Hummm... I said you instructed me to be here a half hour early. She said \"yes, but your appointment isn\'t until 16:00\". I showed her the email she sent saying the appointment was at 15:00, and she got that \"oopsies\" look, smiled, and walked us into a consultation room in the back. After about 30 minutes, Wade and Dr. C came in and introduced themselves. Both were very friendly and personable. Wade acknowledged that we had extensive email conversation prior to my appointment and asked if I or my wife had any further questions. We came up with a couple and they were promptly and thoroughly answered. Once we were finished they excused themselves and Wade said Chris would be there in a couple of minutes to take my blood pressure and get me gowned up to get started. About 20 minutes later Chris showed up and took me to the procedure room.

Got into the gown and in the chair. Chris took my blood pressure (which by now had plenty of time to go up). And then we wait... sitting there with my junk poking out in a brightly lit white room with some awkwardly shy kid, waiting... So let\'s make the best of it and tell a few jokes! Hey, have to break the tension somehow, right? Poor Chris. He is way to shy to be doing what he does daily, LOL.

So in comes Dr. C and Velia and we get started. For the most part everything was painless. Although he did have to go a little overboard on the right side with the lidocaine for some reason to get it numb. But once everything was juiced up everything went smooth. He did 9ccs of 30% and 9ccs of 10%, which was completely at his choosing. He seemed to think that was the best mix and percentages for what we were trying to accomplish on a first visit. Once he finished and Chris got everything picked up, they walked the wife in and Wade was a couple of minutes behind her. Wade did a little molding and abusing (let\'s face it, what he does is anything but gentle) and got everything looking the way he thought it should look. He went over the aftercare procedure with us and made sure to show the wife what we were looking out for and what to do about it. I joked that she was along as a quality control technician and Erection specialists. Once Wade gets a feel for your personality (no pun intended) he loosens up quite a bit. He asked us what our plans were for the rest of the evening, we said we were going to go out to dinner. We discussed restaurants, and he wrapped me according to what I told him I had plans to do, and we were on our way.

We went out and grabbed some food at the Argentinian steak house across the street from the Grand, then back up to the room. Wade said to unwrap when we got to the room, and do an inspection and adjustment (if necessary) about every 30 minutes. I did that until about 4am. By that time I had been up 27 hours and was pretty exhausted. Let me say here one thing I forgot above when discussing the Grand. There are no alarm clocks, or clocks of any kind in the room. And yup, I fucked up and fell asleep and didn\'t set an alarm on my phone. Woke up around 7:30, and what was a majestic beast just a few hours before now looked like it had been a hood ornament in a head on collision! The circ scar was ballooned up really bad, entire shaft was bright red, a huge lump in the center, and a huge crease right behind the circ scar on the left side. I frantically started trying to work everything back into place and continued to do so right up until my 10am follow up appointment. When Wade saw what was going on, he instantly reassured me that everything would be kewl, and went to work. After about 20 minutes of excruciating manipulation he had it looking like a penis again. He TIGHTLY wrapped the circ area and told me to inspect and work the shaft every 30 minutes and come back at 2pm, and gave me some 600mg ibuprofen. He also told me to stay in a stretcher the entire time (I have an ESL40), and to stay off my feet. Went back to the hotel and did exactly what he said.

So now it is 4pm and I am back in the office for the second time. Admittedly, I did not grind on it as hard as I probably should have because by now my penis feels like someone tried to make ground sausage out of it. But it wasn\'t as bad as it was when I went in at 10am. Wade was pretty okay with the way things were looking, but reminded me that I need to stay aggressive. He also said that it didn\'t look like the crease was going to fill on it\'s own and it didn\'t feel like there was any product there. He called in Dr. C, they looked, and agreed that I should come back at 6 and he was going to add product. So off I go back to the hotel for more Cock abuse and waiting.

6 rolls around and back to the office. Chris takes me into the procedure room and I get into a gown and back on the table. After a blood pressure check, Wade comes in and administers more manual adjustment. While he is sitting there staring my junk in the eye he says \"man, I wish we just did faces\", LOL. This was like the third time he had said this. I couldn\'t help but to laugh. I said yea, I bet some days this is a tough job to get up and go into, not to mention you probably don\'t really want to talk about your day with anyone. He said Oh No, I don\'t tell anyone what I do. HA! After about 10 or so minutes of work, Dr. C came in and he and Wade discussed the area in question. Wade was able to push some product into the crease and Dr. C decided to not put any more in. He was afraid it would move out of the spot. Honestly, I was relieved. Not quite sure I was up to more needles at that particular time. I was instructed to go back to the hotel and continue what I had been doing all day, which I did.

Friday morning was up at 4:30, out the door at 5:30, at the airport by 7:30 and ready for the 4 hour flight home. Except, I had no idea how I was going to sit on a plane and massage my junk for 4 hours. So I slipped off to the bathroom and gave it a final once over, then wrapped everything in place, and put on the stretcher. Wore that until I got home. Was probably a wise decision considering my circumstance. I was damn glad to get on to home turf and get out of the wrap and stretcher. Spent the better part of the rest of the day squeezing and molding and trying to make sure everything was as uniform as possible. There was a down side to being on \"rest restriction\" all day Thursday then sitting around for most of Friday. I had a huge amount of swelling in my fat pad and ballsack. Looked like a grapefruit sitting on a pillow. But I have been somewhat active today and that is going down. There is still some circ swelling, but not much. My quality control inspector says she thinks it looks great, and that is what matters. She also understands that the physical appearance is going to change multiple times over the next few weeks. She\'s a pretty bad ass chick and VERY supportive.

So today is post procedure day 3. First time I have had an opportunity to break out a tape measure. And first time I thought things were worth measuring considering all the stuff that has been going on.

I do have some imperfections. But am not surprised considering. Their is a bulge in the mid shaft about a half Inch wide that goes all the way around. And there is a little bit of a dip on the left side close to the base. And a little bit of a crease right before the circ scar. But overall I am more than pleased with the results so far. I went in knowing good and well that I was not picking a Cock off the shelf and going home with it. That it was going to be a work in progress. Dr. C and I both discussed and agreed before he ever got started that my intention was to do two rounds to hopefully reach the 1 Inch overall increase that I was trying to reach. Hopefully I will at least get close because lets face it. At $2500 a pop, I am NOT going to have more money in my Dick than I have sitting on four wheels in my garage.

Here are a few pictures. First two are pre-procedure.
Next three are four hours post procedure
Next three are one day out, and what it looked like when I woke up.
Last four are from today, which is three days post procedure.

Just thought I would post an update. Today is day 8. Everything has looked and felt the same for a couple of days. Swelling has been gone since day 5. Still a little bit of soreness but that is due to the amount of squeezing I did for the first 4 days trying to work the raised area out of the center of the shaft, which never completely went away. But honestly I think I am the only person that notices it and the only person that worries about it. The wife says it looks and feels completely natural. Took it out for the first \"full\" test drive yesterday (have played around, but never a full session) and she was more than pleased with the results. Albeit she did smilingly ask \"so when is your 2nd session?\"

Anyway, here are the results. They have been unchanged for 3 days. Providing there is not any more reduction, looks like overall average (for the moment) is about a half Inch.

Looks good bro!! Also don\'t know if it\'s a typp but you\'ve gained .5 inches in Erect length after PMMA? Your initial post says 5.5 EL.

Thanks New1. And yea, I have gained .25 in length. My starting length was 5.75. My day 3 length was 5.5, and now I am at 6.0. I think the day 3 loss of .25 was just due to swelling. As for the current .25 gain over starting length, well I will admit that I have dropped about 5~6 pounds since my initial measurement, which I took a couple of weeks prior to my appointment. So I am sure fat pad reduction is to credit for the length increase. Honestly I would have discounted it happening and just assumed I have been measuring from a slightly different origination point. But even the wife has said she thinks it is a little longer. So it has to be the shedded weight.

Just thought I would post a quick update. Today is day 21 post procedure 1. Things change visibly what seems like almost every day. But measurements are pretty much the same. Some places a little less, some places a little more. Have had a couple of \"incidents\" and Wade has had to talk me off the ledge a time or two. But nothing drastic. A few days back I developed a couple of ridges in the circ scar on the underside real close to the gland. They are pretty damn uncomfortable. I panic emailed Wade and he reassured me things were fine and they would subside. A day or two later the pain went away and the ridges are significantly less noticeable.

There are the expected minor imperfections from a first round that I will have addressed in the second round. There is still some unevenness in the shaft and I have more product in the circ area on the left side than the right. But overall I am pleased with the initial outcome. And more importantly, the wife is pleased with the outcome.

Today\'s stats are:
FL 4.5\"
FBG 5.5\"
FMSG 4.75\"
FGBG 4.5\"
EL 6.0\"
EBG 6.5\"
EMSG 5.5\"

Here is a flacid picture and an Erect picture I took right before making this post.

Just thought I would give another update. And this will probably be my last update until after round 2. Today is day 35 post round 1. Things have remained pretty much unchanged for the most part for a couple of weeks now. The unevenness in the shaft is smoothing out some. But will certainly benefit from the next round. There is also unevenness in the circ scar area so they will need to work on that. Seems like there is more product on the left side than the right side. It didn\'t look like that until around day 14. And at one point it got pretty bad. But that too has started smoothing back out some. Although it is still pretty apparent.

I am about half way-ish to what my original goal was, and hoping I can reach it with round 2. Although it may be a bit lofty. But whatever turns out from round 2 is most likely where I will end it unless 6 months from now I am in serious need of touch up. When I started this I told myself that I wanted to try to get to 6.5\" EGB, 6.0\" EGMS and 5.0\" EGBG. So far I have gained a solid .5\" EGB, .5\" EMSG, and .75\" EGBG with 9ccs of 30% and 9ccs of 10%. So I have on average about a half Inch to go (little more MS, little less BG) to reach the goals I set. Round 2 is set for July 27th. And when I go I am going to talk to Dr. C and Wade about doing the full 20ccs this time, as well as possibly doing more 30% than 10%. I may also go ahead with the micro droplets in the circ scar area just to fill in a little.

As a reminder, my starting stats were:
FL 3.5\"
FBG 4.25\"
FMSG 4.0\"
FGBG 3.5\"
EL 5.75\"
EBG 5.5\"
EMSG 4.75\"
EGBG 4.0\"

Today\'s stats are:
FL 4.5\"
FBG 5.5\"
FMSG 4.75\"
FGBG 4.5\"
EL 6.0\"
EBG 6.0\"
EMSG 5.25\"
EGBG 4.75\"

And here are a couple of pictures from today. Nothing really any different that the last pictures I posted.
