use extender to stretch the penis before PMMA or first do the PMMA and then start to use extender?

but im a bit worried because my penis us already thin if i use the extender it dosent make him thiner? I mean really thiner?

No, it wont make it thinner.

Personally I'd stretch before any procedure and after. It's not like you can only do one or the other, so why not do both?
