I really cant say for sure. Its really what i am hoping for myself. So far i have gained a little over .5 overall. However i have no esthetic issues at the moment but very early into this to say.

thanks man keep us update only one more question why did dr c choose the 30% in your case ?i saw one thread that mention that dr c more then pushing patients to go with the 10% because its the safest one and with less chances to developed problems and unesthetics results so whats different in your case?

He didn\'t say. When examining me and hearing my goals he said he would use a little 30% at the base but mostly 10%. Then during the procedure he kept asking for 30% from the nurse. I can only assume that he felt it was best for my situation as he worked.

I just updated my pm preferences. Wasn\'t aware of that so thanks. Hopefully Dr C made the best choice with the amount of 30%. At the end of the day I was leaving him to do what he felt best. I\'m not using a stretching device, Wade said it wasn\'t necessary for me but to try and keep from Turtling in which I never really did before unless cold or nervous.

Looking great. I left the concentration decision to the Dr. as well and he gave me a 30/10 mix on both rounds. Glad he did. Keep up the aftercare best of luck to you.

Day 6 update:
Okay so all the swelling is gone and almost back to pre procedure size. I expected this but not 6 days post. I have noticed a small bump at 1 injection site about 1/3 the size of a BB. Also, at the top of the base where it meets the pubic pad I have a hard almond size lump. This area is the only place still sore, I\'m not sure if it\'s PMMA as its much harder than anywhere else. I\'ve emailed Wade about it just before writing this update. Hoping it\'s swelling and will soften..although it\'s only noticeable by pushing into the area and very early in the process. Assuming i have even collagen formation from this point I\'ll be very happy with my results.

Edit: After writing this I spoke to Wade on the phone. I described the almond sized lump to him. He said it may be a hematoma and that 6 days post along the hardness described doesn\'t sound like it would be PMMA. He said to monitor and report back in 3 days. As for the bump at injection point, he said to try and flatten it out using my thumbnail but it may resolve itself over time.

No need to do that oldone272. As I said in my last pm. I don\'t mind answering your questions.
