TOPIC: Suggestions, criticism, ask for help.

I am very complexed, obsessed with the size of my penis and my courage to share my story with you, Wanted to have it a bit longer in length and greater EVEN in thickness. The main problem is the thickness undoubtedly want to have it thicker, and if possibleslightly longer in length. Actual measurements:NBPEL 16.2 cm / 6.4 inchesBPEL 20.0 CM / 7.9 inchesEG 12 cm / 4.74 inches As you can see I have a big fat layer (soft) above the penis, it probably was due to lose weight and gain weight several times.In Brazil there is a doctor named Dr.Marcio Dantas making operations cuts ligaments and encherto with PMMA, however, from what I have researched the greatdoctor in this area is Dr.C in Tijuana, my desire is to win somewhere around 1 Inch thick, about the length I want to ask the opinion of you again: Should I make the cutligament or liposuction and skin removed this fat layer? I can make 1 Inch? Grateful to all, accept any criticism, comments and suggestions. Apologize for bad English.

You have great starting stats. In your last two pictures I would never think that only measures 6.4\". Certainly looks longer than that to me.

Personally, I would not suggest the lig cutting if you are wanting to gain an Inch in Erect length.

As far as PMMA and gaining Girth, yes, it is possible to gain an Inch. We have members who have gained more than that. However, each person is different and what one person gains does not necessarily signify what another person will gain with the same procedure. Although I love Dr. C, from what I understand PMMA is really big in Brazil. I am sure there are a few doctors down there that have done this, if you do not want to travel to Mexico. On the other hand, Dr. C has had a lot of experience and great outcomes.

Grateful for the help guy,I plan on surgically remove this layer of fat above my penis. My plan is 7.2 ~ 7.5 inches and 6 inches of NBPEL Girth. What I can do to get close to it better. 1) Is it possible? 2) What do you think of Brazilian doctors who work with PMMA?

If it is a choice between pubic liposuction and lig cutting, I think the liposuction is the better route. But that is just my personal opinion. Others may have a different view. I think that losing an Inch off that area is quite possible.

As far as gaining 1.25\" in Girth, it is certainly possible. I would say that if you are wanting to gain this much, you should plan on having multiple procedures. There are people who have gained .25\" and others who gained 1\" and everything in between. I would say you should plan on having three rounds if you go with PMMA. The first two would be to get you the size you want and the third would be to address any aesthetic issues, which may or may not be needed.

I do not really know about Brazilian doctors, but there are probably others on the board that have some insight.
