yea I know right If anybody know how much the web reduction cost from dr c please report back... also if anybody has done it with dr c before I would like to read reviews on how it looks and what is the down time and is there any interference with having web reduction and PMMA at the sametime?

I\'ve been waiting for 17 days for an email reply from Dr. C... I had a procedure there 11 months ago that did not turn out well but I\'m trying to weigh my options for my 4th procedure as still try to get it right from the 1st failure. I would think I would be more of a priority. Guess not.

Bit of sad news, as per nurse Wade... they no longer offer the ventral Phalloplasty and it will be coming off their website soon.

oh that sucks seems like the only option for ventral Phalloplasty will be dr carrion I just wonder if its better to get it done before or after PMMA?

I had this done in Serbia, but didn\'t like the result. I think if I were to do it again, I\'d have a Z-plasty and go to Dr Alter. My scrotum was left looking deformed. It looks fine when the penis is warm and relaxed, but when it tightens up due to weather or adrenalin etc, the scar contracts and it looks really odd. I was embarrassed by the appearance. At the end of the video where Dr Carrion shows the bottom of the incision and it sticks out slightly, that becomes very apparent when the scrotal skin is tight and it looks like a lump of skin is sticking out from the scrotum. Go to 3.02-3.05 mins on the video and you\'ll see the flap of skin I\'m talking about. Also consider that in the clip the scar tissue hasn\'t formed, which again effects the shape to the scrotum. I had 2 surgeries to fix mine and it still doesn\'t look great.

It is my opinion that any surgery that one needs to be done to his penis, it should be done waaaaay before PMMA....I think PMMA should be done once you have achieved your goals and healed completely and then give it 3-6 months of rest with tons of sex then go for PMMA.

The operation is relatively minor. You only need to stay in LA or NYfor about three nights. It is usually done under general anesthesia but sometimes can be done under sedation. Oh wow, a tad difference in cost, but yes I can see where the ventral could be a little problematic after revisiting those marks in the video. Thanks for heading that up and getting me the info! =) I won\'t be pursuing it until next August at least so plenty of time to set something aside if I chose to do it.

remember whatever choice u make if u planning to get z plasty it has to be before PMMA.
