Hello gang,

Nick here, so let me tell you all a little about myself. Im 21, asian and i recently had my penis butchered (not literally). I\'m 6 ft, 78kg and am super fit as i am an athlete so i had an icea in my head that recovery was going to be a piece of cheesecake. I live in Australia and thought it would be a good idea to get it done because i always had an issue in terms of confidence with the little man downstairs.

I had my op 5 weeks ago and when i woke up from it, i was so swollen, it looked like i had a meat ball as the shaft and head of my penis. It essentially blended in with my scrotum and well, its kinda still the same now 4 weeks post op.

I had the lengthening (cut of the suspensory lig) and the fat Injections performed on the 21st of june. I\'ve been doing a bit of research and had a look at many photos and it seems hat no one has had as much swelling quite like me. There are also these fatty lumps on the right side of my penis half ay up my shaft hen i have an Erection.

overall, its not looking at all like a normal penis and i was wondering if anyone could shed some light on their experience and maybe if i should start worrying because, its quite deformed.

In many ways, I\'m regretting the decision of the fat injections because it was never really a massive problem but the dock said it\'ll improve the look etc etc...

Is the FFT reversible, is it possible to suck the fat out or a way to make it look like a penis again? anyways thanks for listening to my rant, love to hear from all you dudes.

the entire procedure took a whooping 16k out of my bank account and well, it doesn\'t bother me that much as its an expensive life lesson learned, but i do need to have sex again and possible be seen naked by people. So is there any great a dive people can help me with?

Nick

I most cases, by the time you are 6 months post op, most if the fat will have absorbed anyway, so until then, there isn\'t much point discussing it to be honest. Before you start to panic, you need to see the end result and you aren\'t there yet. It\'s quite normal to be very swollen after 4 weeks. Swelling can last several months.

You can\'t have the fat sucked out. If you want it removed it needs to be cut out and I don\'t recommend that. If you still have aesthetic issues ater 6 months there are other options, such as adding a little fat in certain areas or even selected Nodule Removal. Or you can have another filler placed over the fat to even things out.
