Heading to tijuana next week. I\'ve read about as much as I can, but I figured i\'d ask any veterans for any last minute ideas. Been wearing a ESL40 for a little more than a month to get used to it for post procedure. I\'m also already taking collagen and several other supps, just about anything I\'ve read that might have helped some of the guys the procedure went well for. I\'m nervous but not too bad.
I\'m staying in the grand for 2 days and then SD one day before i fly out.
I read the thread where the guy listed about 20 dos and don\'ts, but if anybody has anything else, I\'d appreciate it very much. Thanks.
don\'t use the silicone sleeve. I believe that ruined my results with Dr. C. The other doctors doing the procedure wrap it lightly and say not to mess with it. I wish I would have done that after my first procedure.
Funny. I feel the sleeve helped make everything nice and smooth. I have almost no lumps
Or bumps. Only bump I have is a small, tiny spec of a bump near the glans.
No ibuprofen unless you really need it, it effects growth.
6 x 4.5 Erect, on a rather uninspired solo measure just now. Could do a bit better in different circumstances.
I just took a part of a 20mg Cialis to see how i do with it, since i\'ve never used it.
One thing i\'ve been thinking, I\'ve seen where some guys get a little bulb or collection on the underside of the shaft right behind the glands. It seems to me this is just the effect of gravity- of course some of it is going to migrate to the lowest point. I\'m thinking of ways to counter this. Maybe I\'ll split the time with stretching somehow. Try stretching upwards somehow for half the time maybe.
I\'m very comfortable with wearing the ESL now, but i\'m wondering how close the filler will come up to the edge of the glans. The ESL needs to grip the whole glans to stay secure, so i\'m not sure if it will be touching any of the filler or not. Just have to see I guess.
Is there a final verdict on ibuprofen? It looks like it\'s still a debate, like most everything else about this.
Also, something i haven\'t seen that I might be able to contribute. After maybe 6 or 7 weeks of wearing the ESL40 regularly, i\'ve really noticed a difference in the shaft skin. It seems both thicker and more pliable. Over the last couple weeks i started twisting as much skin up into the ESL as i could fit, to stretch it as much as possible. It is quite surprising how much and how fast it can change. I wish i had started with it sooner, or waited longer to do the trip, but I am just really ready to do it and this is a good time for me.
I\'m not sure that it could have gone much better. I was extremely anxious the whole time, but the whole thing is painless other than a little discomfort on the lidocaine. I\'m not really bleeding at all, and have just a couple bruises. It looks pretty smooth all around. A little lumpy Flaccid but not anything that would bother me if it stays this way. Right now it\'s about 5.25 mseg. They did 21 ccs total, 16.5 of which were 30% and the rest 10%. All day it felt pretty smooth, but just now about 12 hours post procedure i finally found one little lump near an injection point behind the glans. It broke up after a squeeze of about 30 seconds.
I\'ve been keeping it stretched almost constantly and haven\'t lost any Erect length at all. Overall I couldn\'t be much happier. What a relief, this was a stressful two days for me.
The first one is Cialis induced about 6 hours post-op. The other is about 2 hours post op i think. It was closer to 6.0 at the base and 5.5 in the middle most of that first day. Now it\'s closer to 5.25. Unfortunately i don\'t have any pics of the original. It was just like these pics except skinnier, and not bleeding
For the record, I took no ibuprofen and didn\'t use a sleeve, just the ESL. Took a lot of fish oil, collagen, some CLA, some other things i read about on here that guys liked. I\'m about 72 hours out, and I\'ve kept it either hard or in the ESL stretcher pretty much around the clock as best I can. Haven\'t left it out much more than an hour at a time. The swelling is down and it\'s between 5.1 and 5.25 most of the way, and closer to 5.75 or so at the base.
That slight depression on the top right is gonna be noticeable (to me), that much i can tell. Other than that it\'s pretty consistent. That was one of the 4 injection points. It was pretty much two on each side, pretty high up. At no time has anything hurt or been uncomfortable, yet. I also don\'t have any lost length, although the larger size at the base makes it look that way to me. But when I press to bone it\'s still the same. I\'m gonna have to endure this stretcher for months i guess, i don\'t have any length i want to spare. Hopefully stretching works.
