TOPIC: And so it begins

Justicestudent, did you do PE/jelqs or anything previously? I\'m wondering if that might have something to do with whether people bruise or not.

How many CCs did you get - and what %?

Thanks for posting your experience.

I went to sleep with it on, but when I woke up it was off of me. I have not had any retraction. Since my glans are smaller, especially when Flaccid, then it may not be the most cosmetically ideal look. The shaft is now much larger than my Flaccid glans, but I don\'t care. When I\'m Erect, they grow quite a bit and it looks fine to me.

I pumped a lot over the last few years and it seems like retraction became a big issue for me when I wasn\'t pumping so I was really worried about that. That\'s the reason I took the ESL40 with me to TJ. I have been wearing it quite a bit since Thursday. I would like to find a different style to keep me extended. I think there may be something out there that would loop around the bottom of the glans that I may prefer.

I\'ll keep posting as much of my experience as possible. I know that reading through others posts I continually saw thoughts/ideas/experiences that reflected how I felt or something that I had been through and it really helped me make the decision. Before I found out about PMMA I had made up my mind to get the grafting surgery. I am in my 40\'s and have watched the \"progress\" of surgery techniques for 15+ years and nothing ever felt right until I read about PMMA.

It is crazy. During my follow up Wade commented about the same issue and how my body responded to the procedure. Everyone essentially goes through the same procedure, but everyone can react differently to it.

I know I was very relaxed going into the procedure. No worries at all.

I tried PE/jelqs many many years ago, but was not nearly dedicated enough to have any impact. The last few years I have pumped....alot. In all honesty, I have really abused my penis with a pump. I\'ve done it so much that my skin has become darker and looser as a result of \"over pumping\". I would say 1-2 times a week every week for the last 2 years or so. I don\'t recommend it. I became addicted to it.

And when I say over pumping, I mean leaving it in there for 45min to an hour. Huge bulb just behind the glans. Very odd looking.

I\'ve pumped like that too. It\'s not the duration that matters as much as the pressure and duration. You can do it all day and get great results if you take short breaks, use different pressures and tubes etc. anyway, interesting to note that. Possibly the tissue is acclimated to the stress?

Yes, agreed, the pressure is very important. I am glad to be done with it. Yes, I think my tissue did acclimate to the stress.

Just wanted to give an update. I had my second round of PMMA the middle of May, about 6 weeks to the day after my first round. Minor Girth and addressing cosmetic issues (evening things out). Sitting right at just over 6 to 6.25 now behind the glans and tapers to 7\" at the base. I really am pleased with everything. Wife likes it (most of the time....sometimes it can be a bit much for her). Lube helps a lot. Can\'t say enough good things about Dr. C, Wade, and the staff. I may go for another round. I would really like to be 6.5\", but I am in no hurry. For me, this was a great decision.

@justicestudent how do you compare the PMMA with what you would get after pumping? Does it feel similar?

Just wanted to chime in and let everyone know that everything is still really well and holding up great with no losses. I\'m going to go back again soon. Would like to get to 6.5 at the neck and 7 at the mid shaft and 7.5 at the base.
