I moved up to 20lbs, my EQ is in the toilet. Also I was warned and my TheGrip Hanger broke, the vacuum port cracked and I couldnt pul a vacuum on it so I drilled out the other port and just stuffed a nipple in there, now I can pull a vacuum but I leave the hose and pump hooked up. Im in the process of making my own out of pvc pipe.

I liked Hanging overall but I hate the grip system it is a massive piece of crap. Everything about it is designed to need replacement constantly and their prices are ridiculous. I consider the guys who sell the grip predators who take advantage of guys. The concept is good but their product sucks. Somebody should make a comparable product that is actually durable and it would sell like hotcakes.

I don\'t know how you deal with the EQ issues, I had too many experiences when I was Hanging where it put me out of commission at bad moments and it messed with my head too much.

yes I agree with this statement the grip system is a piece of trash. the contact sleeves always ripped. I heard good reviews about the bib Hanger though. I thnk the bib Hanger is the best for Hanging is concern.

I have a bib Hanger, and its very sturdy, there\'s really nothing to go wrong with it. I just got tired of the wrapping and skin issues.
Dwd, there is a new Hanger called the LG Hanger. It has pretty good reviews over at the PEgym.
As for my EQ, I\'m not married, no girlfriend, or relationship. I do have a friend but just getting to know her. She seems to want to just be coffee buddies. So im not worried about it and want to go all out with Hanging to reach my goal.

I switched to straight up Hanging, Im using a roller stand as a fulcrum. I got it at Menards but Home depot has them too. I attatch my weights to a cable, then over the roller and down to my Hanger, this pulls my penis straight up, I feel the stretch through the whole penis, inner and outer much more than straight down Hanging.
I made my home made vac Hanger and am using it now, It works just as good or better than Thegrip Hanger I have and its way stronger, I could easily hang 50lbs with this. Now I have to make up a bunch of silicone sleeves and I\'ll be set. The sleeves Im using now are from the grip, I use 2 of them being I use a lot of weight. No more spending money on shit thats gonna break. I\'ll post a pic of the Hanger when Im done using it.

One of the thing I should mention, At no time should you hang without having a vacuum, you will definitely tear the sleeve, the weight is supported by the vacuum and the sleeve is there to seal it not support it. you need to get a vacuum pump with a gauge. I have a mighty vac, I wrap my glans and down about an Inch below that with no hurt tape, then wrap scotch tape around the glans to keep it from expanding, I then put on a separate silicone sleeve like an anti Turtling sleeve that covers most of the penis length, this sleeve has to have good contact with the skin below the no hurt tape, then I put the Hanger on that has its own sleeve on it. otherwise you wont get an air tight seal on the tape alone, I vacuum to 20hg and monitor the gauge throughout my session. hope this makes sense.

22.5lbs 2 hrs a day split am and pm. sometimes I have to pause 1/2 way through the set and or drop weight but get my hours in.

Im going to build another Hanger just like the one I posted but about 1-1/2 inches longer, The one I made is a little short and my glans under vacuum contact the stud/nut inside the cup, this causes discomfort.I could full the cup partially with silicone to cover the nut but there so cheap to make that I like to have options. I\'ll take pictures start to finish and post them in the exercise/equipment section

I bumped up my weight to 25lbs, The vacuum cup is surprisingly very comfortable, no glans pain at all, getting a really intense stretch but no pain.
I took my measurements being its the end of the month, I gained an 1/8 inch erect, girth is the same.
BPEL 6-5/8
EL 6
MSEG 5-1/8
BEG 5-1/2
Forgot to measure flacid, I\'ll update it later.
Im just getting into the meat and potatoes of this hanging and it feels great.

Any updates, Bullsnake? I\'ll be following your progress closely, since I\'m going in with Rosenthal next month (5 months after you). Anything you are finding different with PE after the surgery? Any other good tips, like how to get clean without a shower?

Nothing to report sfdude, I only measure on the first of the month, my last measurement I gained 1/8. not much but I\'ve just maxed out with weight. I had to take a couple days off for rest but probably just should of dropped weight and got my sets in. I haven\'t been using my ADS as much as I want to, life seems to get in the way and I forget to put it on or its inconvenient. The jury is still out on whether or not the surgery itself has helped me or not, I guess In a years time I will know.
As for keeping your body clean, just use a wash cloth, do not get your incision wet and be diligent about cleaning it with the alcohol pads only, dont pick at the scab on the incision or you will have a bigger scar and risk infection, that scabbing is there to heal it. make sure you take all your antibiotics. I think I mentioned to you on your thread about not to get TheGrip Hanger, I was warned by a few guys here and they were right, it broke. If your not into making your own then the LG Hanger seems to have a good report. check it out on PEgym.com . Good luck on your surgery.

Well my little wet noodle is getting a hell of a workout, I feel a lot of ache in my pelvic floor muscles when Hanging straight up over the roller, so I am alternating SU in the am and SD in the pm. I had to drop the weight to around 20lbs for SD to get used to it again, Im still at 26lbs SU. been getting on average 3hrs with the ADS but would like to get 6hrs. I can tell you this, fatigue is cumulus in that I can hang for an hour, stretch with the ADS for 6 and then go to hang again and may not be able to use the same weight due to micro damage. Micro damage is what we want, it the same as working your muscles with barbells. On the otherhand if you over train or hang in our case you cam cause macro damage, which is a fancy name for an injury.

Have you seen any gains? I don\'t mean to harass you as I\'m sure you\'re trying to not obsess about it, but I can\'t help but be curious as I am on a length quest myself.
