I\'ve been taking serracore and self administering Kenelog but I don\'t think it\'s doing much if anything... Just worries me about having surgery to remove scar tissue. Seems like we\'d want to avoid being cut there again.

Hoping this, with serracore pills and Kenelog shots can help over the next 3 months otherwise I\'ll be following you into surgery.

I\'m also looking into a Hanger as the grip doesn\'t work for me anymore post PMMA. If you are post op, can you talk a little about your Hanging experience with the bib and let me know which model it was? Thanks

I didn\'t use the bib Hanger after getting PMMA. I also stopped pumping.
Basically what I do now is wear an all-day-stretcher about 4 hours a day and manually stretch.
