@jimbo, I believe the beads have to be in closer proximity in order to stimulate the collagen. That, I believe, is why Prof Lemperle said 2% is pointless, as the beads are too far apart. So if fluid from swelling spreads the beads out too much, then absorbs, the beads would then \"fall\" and create a thin dense layer. Maybe it\'s all too far fetched and it\'s more likely that it\'s down to how each individual responds to foreign bodies, but I\'m that large gains have filtered down to virtually nothing before.

Btw, Rd2 is looking good. Hope you get much better gains this time!

About 8 hrs gone now and no swelling at all,minimal bruising.Even the entry points are hardly leaking so all good.
Got a 5.5\" flacid Girth at the mo,actually smaller than when i came out of the first round which is weird,but now it feels denser and not full of fluid and hard like before.
Hopefully that will mean better permanent gains ?
So far so good then.

Man, your pics look great. The result looks really smooth. I think it is interesting that there isn\'t any swelling after round two. I think others have experienced this, too. Happy for you, man.

I think you\'re exactly right regarding the swelling. The first week after round 1 you had gained double what I had. But after 3 months I had gained exactly double what you had.

It looks this time like your size is purely product and not swelling. I can\'t see you losing 75% of it like last time. All the past reports indicate that over the next 6 weeks there should be a real party in your pants with some good collagen gains on the way.

I had the Kenalog too in 1 lump. Just as Wade said, it would reduce in size over the next month. It\'s been 1 month today and its gone from the size of a malteser to the size of a pea. The tenderness I felt in the lump is also gone.

Having spoken to you, I think this lump is as big a concern for you as your desire for size. With that in mind I think this round will be a great success for you. Really pleased to hear that it\'s all gone without complication.

Still all good here apart from the couple in the room next door going for it!!Got the bed banging on the wall and lamps/cupboards vibrarting!!The walls are pretty thin and I think they may have heard my porn on a bit loud and got horny!! HA!....At least He didnt last too long!!

Dr c saw the lumps and obviously wanted to stay well away from the Foreskin area this time.Still 6 entry points but the top ones are further away from the neck this time.So when the fore skin is retracting these are out of the way and don t bunch up, move or disappear.

There is a little more in the base now as well so it has got more of a cone shape going on-which i quite like.

All the people here in tj seem really cool and friendly,and many hot chick-anas about,walking the streets and everyone saying hola and waving in cars going by-maybe its something to do with my big chesire cat grin on my face?!Hard to hide my happiness!

@hoddle10-Can you remember the other guys names that swelled up too for their r.1?Wondering if they were 10% or 30%,would effect the 30% ers ?

@letsgiveitago-Not that warm here in tj,cloudy and had to put a jumper on tonight when mooching about-colder than blighty...whatever next?!

No, I wanted to link to his thread, but can\'t remember. Though I do seem to remember Miracle (20%) also swelled up quite a lot and then saw his results dramatically decrease after rd 1. But even so, it\'s probably just a nonsense theory of no consequence. But at the same time it does make sense that fluid would dilute the concentration.

Edupd had similar gains to you and he had no real swelling, so forget my theory.

Like you say everyone s response to foreign bodies is different,guess we will never know why?

Hi everyone
1 week update for round 2 Pmma .
All seems good, very happy with my new size .
Flaccid girth. Neck 5.1 \" Mid 5.5\" base 5.9\"
Errect gains 0.5\" on that.
Still a bit of bruising but not sore at all.

The 30% def feels a lot harder than the 10% but I am ok with that and I know if will soften up a bit more as time goes by.i am happy with a bit more of a flaccid \"lump\" in my
Pants.

Bit of a \"ridge\" or slight unevenness on the top mid shaft.this was pretty much perfect before I left for the airport(72 hrs post op) but when I arrived home two
Days later the Pmma had settled in a different area.Wish I checked it/ massaged it back into place in the airport/plane toilet when in transit.
But apart from that ... All even and no other lumps/ fore skiin Issues this time.


The shot of kenalog has started working already in the lump from round one.- if you can see in the third pic- that is the lump under the skin-on the inside of the thin foreskin \'skin-you will notice the lump has now changed colour to a whiteish colour(this lump was pink before)you can actually make out the colour under the skin!!... Must be pretty toxic stuff !!

Hopefully going to try it out tonight !! Almost 6.5\" at the base- thats the biggest i have ever been so Looking forward to that, some punishment going to be dished out!!!

Been two months since round 2,thought i better do a little update.
The 30% has softened up quite alot it dosent feel too hard or unrealistic in my opinion, not as natural as the 10% but i am happy with my results.Quite even on the shaft,the 10% at the end needs a refill , you can see the \"join\" between the 2 concentrations,and a small lump at the base but that should be covered with the next round.
I have a 0.5 \" gain from the r2 30%
0.25\" gain from 10% r1.
So sitting at about mseg 5.75\".My goal is 6\" so i am going back for r3 hopefully jan 2014.Not sure if i will get a full round or thin layer all over to acheive 0,25\" and my goal??But reckon my missus could handle 6.25\" ok so i will see!!
The Kenalog has worked, and the 2 lumps have reduced in size but not dissappered. On one of the lumps
The skin has changed colour a bit(i read the Kenalog can do this)and looks kind of black and a little bruised.Hopefully thiscould change back?But its not too bad or noticable anyways.

Went for round 3 a couple of months ago in tj with dr c.
All went well,very happy with the result.
Had the usual 30% and 10% metacrill ,around 20cc s.
Couple of small lumps,they will prob go down.may need 1 more touch up then done hopefully.

Nothing more really to say really,fingers crossed for the future.....good luck to you all !!

Ok just got back from a touch up session with dr n in Prague .Had my previous rounds in mex with dr c and was very happy with what I had done,those guys have changed my life for sure.just decided to go to with dr n because of the close proximity,and the fact that there are now a few more reports coming from her and the the overall cost/convenience thing.
Had 6cc 30% near the glands area. And all appears to be well.
Think I may be the first one( to report anyway) to go and have procedures with both dr s?if anyone has got any questions feel free to pm me.
