Hey guys,

So it\'s been 6 weeks since my round 1. Overall I\'m happy with the outcome. There quite a bit of correction that needs to happen in round 2, but Wade seems to think everything is doable and that I\'m still on track for a great outcome, so fingers crossed.

Long story short, the only real flaw I have is the circ area. A lot of product gathered there, and despite the Kenalog shot 3 weeks ago, the lump on the one side is still very significant (because it only takes down the tissue and not the PMMA). It\'s much more obvious when Flaccid, as it kind of blends a bit when hard. But even when hard, there\'s still an obvious ring around the circ, even though it has softened in the past few weeks. Wade said it\'s actually not a bad thing, as most guys have trouble getting the product to stay there anyway, so they\'re simply going to fill the shaft from that point back and hopefully get it all to blend together. He also said the product at the circ now should act as a wall and prevent more product from moving up there, so hopefully it won\'t be a repeat experience.

The rest of the shaft is great though. No lumps, no bumps. In the end, i think it shows the importance of aftercare. I was massaging the shaft aggressively (the part that came out great) but I couldn\'t tell if product was in the circ area because I had so much swelling there. In hindsight, I should have just been massaging that as aggressively as the rest anyway. Lesson learned.

Wade said hopefully Dr. C will be able to break that up and smooth it out.

Anyway, the important part, gains: I gained .5 Inch at the base (bringing me to 5 inches) and .25 mid shaft (bringing me 4.75).

I think it would\'ve been a solid .5 gain everywhere had so much product not moved into the circ area.

I\'ve scheduled round 2 for next Wed and although Wade said we\'ll have a full consultation before the procedure, he thought I was a good candidate for another full round - to get the shaft and circ to blend up and also add a touch more Girth.

I\'m staying there for 3 days this time so Wade can check it out at least once a day (hopefully 2), so that if the circ area swells, we don\'t have a repeat of round 1.

So that\'s that. All in all, I\'m really satisfied with it so far. The extra Girth (even though it\'s only .5 to .25) feels awesome. If I can get to an overall Girth of 5 to 5.25 in this next round with no major aesthetic concerns, I\'ll be a totally happy boy and consider myself retired. Fingers crossed.

WGB - I think it looks good - and it will be an easy thing to even it out. The circ area is very difficult to fill in on some people (including me). So, maybe it isn\'t really a bad thing that you have more fullness there.

Did the Kenalog help at all - or not really? Did they say what they wanted to try next? I have 10+ nodules...and I haven\'t gotten any reply to my questions about Kenalog vs. 5fu vs. breaking it up. I really can\'t pay the cost of going to Tijuana for a $1 Kenalog shot. Did you have to pay for that visit, by the way?

The Kenalog shot I got on day 10 to the lump on the underside did dissolve the Nodule. It\'s the only Nodule I DON\'T have anymore. Kenalog shots have to be more aggressive as it gets later on in the timeline. Combining it with 5fu might work better too - but if they are doing a full round on you, maybe they will be able to break it up.

Dr C gave me the shot. I live in LA, so it wasn\'t a big deal to get back down there, just a missed day of work. I hope you\'re right...even if it\'s just a little more blended, I\'ll be satisfied. I\'m just not looking forward to the stess and worry of another aftercare. I hate that part!

I think the shot did flatten it out a bit. And no, there was no charge. Only the cost of the transfer shuttle from SD, which I thought was very nice of them, to stand behind their work.

As far as the plan, Wade said Dr. C would likely break it up, the fill to soften it. He wasn\'t too specific, and I didn\'t really ask for specifics, only to confirm that it could be corrected.

Thanks - i just saw that first part when i reread your old post. Thanks for the info - I hope R2 works out well to even out everything. I read your initial post where you said 99% of guys were thicker, but did you really mean that? When i was that size, maybe 70% were thicker. Now, I think it\'s 50/50 at 5\" EG. So, that\'s fine. I wanted to get to 5.25, but it looks like that is not likely.

Did you do the 10% on the first round or the 30%?

Have a great round 2. Sounds like a really good plan.

So had round 2 on Wed:

2cc x MD (behind glans)

All in all, pretty modest I think. Dr. C and Wade were very happy with my round 1 outcome and concentrated this time on catching the rest of the shaft up with the circ area, where I had a ridge form after round 1. They only added product behind the circ area to the base. Right now it looks awesome, although I know it\'s way too early to get excited about anything since it could still change or see problems arise, but if the end result is anything close to what I have right now, I\'ll be very happy.

They used predominately the 10% because that was Dr. C\'s suggestion for the best aesthetic outcome this time, so I went with his decision. They also gave me a Cortizone shot this time around and that made a huge difference' I feel like I didn\'t swell at all.

The night after the procedure, I noticed an empty area in one spot and pointed it out to Wade the next morning during our check up. He noticed it too, and had me come back that evening to get a little extra PMMA put in the low spot. I\'m really happy they accommodated that. Would\'ve sucked to have needed a third round to get that fixed. They stayed late after their last appointment to do it. Shows the importance of Hanging around as long as possible. Glad I spent two nights. Would\'ve done three if it wasn\'t the weekend. And as always, only great things to say about Wade and Dr. C. Although their office is getting REALLY busy now, between procedures and patients (myself included) coming back for multiple check ups after their procedures.

The biggest discovery of the trip was the Hyatt. Brand new hotel just a five min walk from the office. It\'s like a million times nicer than The Grand. Modern, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast spread, free hi-speed wifi, starbucks, etc. I\'m hoping this was my last trip to TJ, but if I had to go back, I\'d definitely stay there again.

So a little over 4 weeks out since round 2. No problems at all with this round (so far, knock on wood), but it does look like I\'m going to need another full round of probably 10 percent to even out that raised circ scar I got after the first procedure. I think it still looks too unnatural Flaccid. Hard it\'s better - definitely an improvement since the first round - but as you can see in the photo, there\'s still a bid of ridge moving from the shaft to the circ area. I think one more session should even it out perfectly. Sucks, cuz I was not excited about having to do a third, but oh well. I\'m gonna give it a few months to settle since I had rounds one and two pretty much back to back, and then re-evaluate maybe by the end of summer.

As far as measurements, right now I stand at 5.25 base and 5 up the rest of the shaft. The Girth feels fantastic and I love it. Would totally be stopping at this point if it wasn\'t for that circ area. I will say that swollen I got up to 5.5 at the base and I liked the look. So one more full round wouldn\'t be the end of the world and would probably put me close to that. You just gotta worry about more problems again, which is annoying, and of course the cost.

To me your results look great especially Erect. Your very smart to stick with 10% for the 2nd round.
