Low-cut circ is referring to the \"depth\" of your circumcision. I\'m not sure on the specifics of the operation, but you can be left with varying levels of circ scar area and tightness. Tight referring to the skin tightness in the scar area, some have lots of skin left that can look someone uncut (me) and some can be very tight and smoother.

www.circlist.com/instrstechs/instrimages/663700011b.jpg - is an example of a really \'high cut circ\' with lots of circ scar area, assumed to not be ideal for PMMA as PMMA has a rougher time settling or staying in circ scar areas.

Compare these with a low cut one where the circ scar would be very very close to the head.

You just educated me some more jlmb. I was unaware there is such a thing as a Frenulum, as I don\'t have one. I just checked online and see penises with hypospadias, my condition, often don\'t have one.

The Foreskin of a typical penis wraps right around and on the underside is kind of tethered to the shaft/glans by the Frenulum, but still runs unbroken around the entire shaft. My Foreskin actually starts and ends on the underside of my glans and the start and end position is separated by about 1cm. The opening of my urethra is centrally located in the 1cm region.

Round Two Done!

Hello from San Diego!

I had my second round of PMMA with Dr Casaventes yesterday and it went just as smooth as the first round thanks to there excellent care and attention.

I arrived in the shuttle from San Diego at about 10:30 after a pretty quick journey across the border with the friendly driver, Victor.

I was greeted by Christian who took me straight through to the waiting room and got me a drink before Nurse Wade came to say hello.

Wade and I discussed the fact that we never, ever measure; when fully Erect, I can just about wrap my hand around my Dick, and no woman has been able to - that\'s thick enough for me

Dr C came to say hello, to do the pre-op questionnaire and confirm my requirements.

I\'m loving my Dick and so are the girls, so I told him that I didn\'t need much more Girth, but wanted more around the base to even things out a little and give me more of a taper - after Round One, my penis settled down to be like the guy out of \'Publicagent\', with the shaft being visibly thicker than the base, which worked fine, but I just wanted it perfect.

Dr C was super happy that I wasn\'t going to go for crazy Girth and we agreed that I would go with his recommendation for the material.

The Procedure

The routine was the same as last time; Mel gave me a Cipro (antibiotic) and a Cortisone shot in the shoulder after taking pictures of my manhood and prepping me.

Dr C and Wade worked their magic - I only had 14cc this time, mainly 10%, but Dr C called for 30% on two occasions where he wanted to even things up.

It took about two hours in total and there was a lot less discomfort this time and we laughed and joked a lot during the procedure!

After my 14cc top-up, it looked beautiful and I was all set to head back to my hotel; here are the post-op pictures for you.

The swelling has gone down since then and it\'s looking fine!

I don\'t think that I will have a third procedure, but we\'ll see

Are you planning on making any changes to your penis?

Even having gone through this, it\'s my belief that our penises are not *that* important, other than to ourselves.

Women don\'t get near our dicks unless they already like us, and so I think that it isn\'t a factor in selection; as long as you know how to please a woman in bed, then I think that whatever ones penis looks like is not a deal breaker.

To be honest, the best thing about my new and improved Dick is that it makes me happy and gives me more confidence - I stand at the urinal in public toilets with both hands on my hips and a smile on my face instead of turning to one side to keep him covered up...

That makes it worth it, but I can\'t pretend that I think it makes a huge amount of difference to women...

Most of this battle is in our heads - the ones on the top of our necks

Hi, You are not alone. I was also born with hypospadias. It fucking sucks. I had mines corrected when i was a baby. didnt know i was born with it until a few years ago when i saw my health records. I always know that my penis head didnt look like everone else\'s. It left me with a scar under my shaft. im black so its only noticeable if its really examined so i mainly have sex in dim lighting. I do urinate from the top tho. But my hyperspadias is the reason i think i cant shoot. no matter how turned on i am. A few days on from the second round and everything continues to heal well and there are no complications to report.

Any update on this? This looks like such great work. It\'s sounding like you can target where PMMA goes, too, for actual shaping. Am I right in that assumption?
