Week 1:
All going well. Very happy with the way things are looking so far but aware that collagen formation is early if at all. Still not taken out for a spin yet. No hurry. Rather get things healthy and right. Still palpating and light massage to make sure everything is smooth. Got a kind of knot/bulge in the middle last time. Trying to be vigilant for any signs of that this time and massaging any early signs out. Applying arnica cream and taking Collagen supplements. Will keep you posted and appreciate the others who are doing the same. Nice to have a pack around me as I go thru this.

Just an update. I know there\'s been a lot of controversy about concentration of solution so I just wanted to share current thoughts and results.
I had: 16 of 30% and 6 of 10% in Round 1
12 of 30% and 5 of 10% in Round 2
I\'m very happy with the results at this point. I\'m not sure if it\'s true but it still feels that there are changes possible. I had some entry point hardness and Wade suggested to leave them alone and they would most likely go away and it appears they are doing/have done just that. I still apply lotion and lightly massage and palpate daily to help the collagen form uniformly (don\'t know if it is helping or just placebo, but seems to be keeping a uniform shape).
FL is 4.5 and FG is 5.5
EL is 6 and EG is 6 uniform along the shaft
Second round fixed some irregularities, made the base thicker for a more uniform shaft, and broke up a lump around the middle end smoothed it out.
I don\'t know if I\'m a stickler for aesthetics ( I would think I am) so the second was less about Girth and more about uniformity.
As for the feel, I wouldn\'t say rubbery but def. a bit firmer which I like. I retract some but much less than before the first and even less retraction after the second.
I\'m not that large, so it isn\'t presenting problems for me or my sexual partners but has made me feel a lot better to have more meat between my legs.
It has enhanced my Cock and my life.
SO FAR. Obviously there are a great many unknowns.

Yes, if everything stays cool, I\'ll be a satisfied customer and won\'t be going back for more. The aesthetics are good to my eye and at 5.5 Flaccid and 6 Erect, I\'m very happy with the Girth. All I need/want.

Thanks for all your updates... As someone who us considering the procedure, I was wondering if you experience, as some members have expressed, any retraction issues? In particular, do you ever find that you look uncut/uncircumcised?

As to what your pics show... You look very natural and I wish you the best! Aiming for aesthetics for your 2nd session paid off.

I have some retraction but not nearly what it used to be. Retraction was non-existant right after the procedure, then a time when it was worse and now hangs pretty well all the time. It was that way after the first procedure too. Before the procedures, it used to be that after the gym or cycling it would be tucked up inside itself. Now it can have some retraction and tuck under a bit, but when I pull it out of my shorts or out of my fly to pee it hangs like it does in the pick above.

Just checking in. Next month will be a year since rounds 1 & 2. Couldn\'t be happier. Love the heft and feel of a big Dick. I wasn\'t sure if it would make a big difference, but it has. More confidence and a better lover all the way around--psychology and physiology. Have an open marriage so had a bunch of opportunities to enjoy being enjoyed. Seems like a fat Cock is a big plus.

I toy with the idea of going back, but so far, I\'m good.

Bruno - awesome journal man!! I am almost exactly the same size as you Flaccid & Erect so this was REALLY great to read. I hadn\'t seen it before since it was probably buried in the journals on here.

One huge question for you -- I retract like you (about 2 inches) when Flaccid vs. Erect. How did you manage your penis after the injection of PMMA to keep it from retracting and the PMMA from getting lumpy and uneven? Wade mentioned something about a stretcher - but I would think that would leave a dent where the stretcher holds the penis shaft (unless it\'s somehow on the head...but that would hurt). I\'ve read of a \"silicone sleeve\" being mentioned too. When I had penis surgery, I was wrapped up TIGHT with coban self-adhesive dressing which made me look hard - and the post was to prevent retraction. But, Honzee said he felt better WITHOUT the wrapping... in my case, I think the wrapping is all that would prevent me from Turtling (aside from a stretcher, but that would cause a dent). So, the question is - what did you do ? Since your result looks great.

Btw - I saw those uneven areas after r1 but did those go away before r2? Or, did R2 fix them with more PMMA?

I couldn\'t tell from your photos that you got any work done at all, those are some pretty good post-op results! Congrats, and to be honest, why mess with something that\'s both fat and aesthetic, I\'d strongly consider PE retirement given your post-op success.

I wonder if Dr. C is already apllying Lipen-D to the glans.

@Restoration: I didn\'t do any stretching or wear a sleeve. Wade wrapped for the shuttle ride back to SD but then just massaged and palpated for a long time after. No sleeve, wrap or stretching but I did shape and palpate for a long time to be sure it even and no lumps or hard spots like after round 1. There has been very little Turtling since Round 2 which is so great. My Flaccid hang is almost 6x6 with very little Turtling. Just hangs MUCH better than ever before.
