Today is day 13:

Although i will provide a brief update and photos of the procedure from the beginning.I received 28cc at 30% and 6cc at 10%

Day 1:*Soon after getting back to the hotel you are like WOW its huge, I can\'t believe I have a huge wang now, its so BIG..for some reason in the back of my mind I was thinking it was going to stay this big and was extremely excited!Anyway.. so then the changes begin!

Day 2:Note:Unfortunately,a couple of days after the procedure a cold/fever sets in, so this was bad timing and puts a dampner on things,such as bacterial and healing concerns.Nocturnal erections are hurting as it is so heavy.

Day 4:Changes in swelling are taking place,this was when I had a mini panic attack, the \'i have a deformed Dick, why didn\'t i keep my natural looking small Dick\' moment! This was mainly due to the fact that almost half the penis was taken up by Foreskin,looked great in pictures, but to the touch, A LOT of Foreskin, not natural!(i kind of didn\'t believe this was all just swelling, fluid build up and thought it would stay this way).I was too anxious to be getting erections at this stage,plus quite unwell physically.

Day 5:Have flown back home on the east coast,speak to Wade and begin taking Ibruprofen and within a day or so , the swelling went down and I feel much better.I\'m a big time sweller turns out!

*Also what was of concern was I still had one leaking entry hole near the glans/Foreskin that was still steadily leaking quite a lot of fluid!(which you can see in the pictures).I was very conscious of keeping it clean as infection was lingering in the back of my mind.This leaked up until day 10.

Day 7: Two pus spots formed, these were popped, although the next day more pus fungal type of stuff is forming, this time on the glans..antibiotics are on their way and will arrive in a couple days.The Foreskin is still very swollen, but not as bad, more of a big lump, like a two headed penis.

This is when I begin to worry as I do not want this yellow fungal getting into the leaking entry hole,I go get some anti-fungal cream and apply this, hoping this is what it is.. I went to sleep waiting for the bacteria to enter into my wound and serious infection to ensue.Meanwhile I am still suffering a heavy cold and my immune system is right down.

Day 9:The morning of the meds arriving!!a very exciting day!lol.I pop the first one and also continue cleaning under the Foreskin 3 or more times a day and applying the fungal cream, the next day the fungus is dissipitating.Yippee!Today is a good day!Over the next couple of days some of the fungas gradually leaves and it looks like it was indirectly related to the PMMA more a Foreskin/Uncut issue!

Day 13:Today, a little fungal still remains and an itch and occasional sting at the pee hole,so i\'m off to the doctors tomorrow, as it may be a case of clamydia also.

So in summary the last almost two weeks, like most other going through their first round, it was a rollercoaster of good days and bad, especially when issues arise it certainly messes with your mind!Which all first timers must be prepared for!But I am happy with what it is today and awaiting to see how much it shrinks and how much collagen build up I get.At the moment the Flaccid is about 5 inches in circumference, must be about an Inch up from my pre-PMMA measurements.Erect, i haven\'t measured yet but it looks great and i REALLY don\'t want it to go down anymore, hopefully UP with some collagen!

I will be going for Round 2, if needed, and i know it will be much less stress as one goes in knowing more of what to expect first hand!Even though no rounds are safe of complications.The Avanti Derma team are great and have been very supportive through my first couple weeks and continue to be!So are many members of this forum and I thank them!

ok so a quick update.Note:some of these issues are indirectly related to PMMA,most likely exacerbated by the swelling of the Foreskin.Had some issues with some fungal stuff on the top of penis etc.That cleared up with Lotriminn.Still applying as to make sure it stays away and also still getting the occasional sting.Went and got a blood/swab test.I have had limited sexual contact for a year or so.Everything negative apart from Herpes 1..although i have a feeling this has spread to my penis as i have some ulcer like lumps under the Foreskin?SO the point I am making by mention these things is that it is HARD to tell when I have some symptoms, what is from PMMA and what is from Herpes or something like that may be going on down there.

The symptoms:kind of a stinging of the urethra..hard to describe sometimes a constant achy/light burny type of feeling from inside and also an achy throbbing.

*A couple of bumps inside the Foreskin..one looks kind of like a mouth ulcer.

Also at the moment a lump/mass near the Foreskin.I will provide some photos.There is no pain or anything from this bump.Mind you though I have hardly touched my penis since the injections 3 and a bit weeks ago.Also I haven\'t ejaculated for a MONTH!..i will be attempting masturbating soon...been a bit anxious to get too rough with it though, especially now with the lump.

have you been to the Urologist??, what did he say?, what is the situatin for you at present?

my question as a guy who hasnt had it yet would be these.

1. you mentioned some urethra pain, how would you escripe the PMMA near your urethra, does the doctor avoid it??, does the PMMA go over the top of it??, i thinkof the urethra as a tube on the underside of my penis. how would you describe the PMMA in that area??

2.Also a big one for me is the testicle area, everyone says the PMMA shouldnt go near there but i keepimagining it wanting to almost drip into the testicles when its setting, in the first couple of days, how would you describe the process in relation to your testicles/ball sack???

3.Also, did you have tight penis shaft skin before the surgery???, i know you have had some pussy type blisters which you rent sure if are from stds or swelling. Did you pump or jelq in your time before PMMA?, i was wondering if tight shaft skin might have caused it, mixed with the 30% which is apparntly the larger PMMA. Do you think your penis was stretched too much, hence causing blisters and rough skin??

My situation is okay at the moment.As i said in my progress report,I had a fungal infection after the first week,blisters,which was most likely because the Foreskin covered the glans for so long due to the usual PMMA swelling, it wasn\'t the PMMA directly (an uncircumsised issue).

Dr C and team have cut back on big 30% rounds, due to aesthetic issues and this is necessary.I\'m hoping to have the clumps down the side looked at by Dr. C in 6 months to a year once i give it more time to settle.They tell you, you will need another round and its true.

As for the testicles, I\'m not sure.PMMA is suppose to not migrate.I don\'t believe i have any in that area.

So there are many variables to getting good results, 10%, circumsised, large glans seem to get the best and most natural results.

You are correct. Dr. C said that the ideal candidate is one that is:
Realistic
Circumcised
Receives 10%
Does not retract/turtle a lot

Of course this does not mean that guys who do not meet the specifics will not or cannot obtain a good outcome. This is just what he said what ideal.

That\'s a bullshit thing for Dr c to say.... I went in for 10% and they suggested 30% because results are supposedly better.

I think he might say whatever the patient needs to hear to make them comfortable. Im not unhappy woth 30%.... its just if he really thinks 10% is better, why have so many of us gotten 30%.....

I don\'t think it is a bullshit thing for him to say. I think what he meant by saying 10% was that people experience fewer complications (aesthetic, etc) with 10 than with 30. I don\'t think he was trying to be slick.

Penises come in so many varieties that the doctor\'s approach is likely patient-based, where he defers to the \"10% works for most\" and suggests 30% only to penises he may think has a better chance to succeed... and with the sample size (of performed procedures) Dr. C has the advantage to learn from, I suspect his advice to someone is not necessarily going to be identical to the advice he gives someone else. This is an inherent characteristic in any cosmetic work/field. At least that\'s how I see it.

Well saying the ideal candidate receives 10% vs 30% kinda erks me... I wanted 10% and took his
advice on 30%.... if he felt like 10% is the best, why did I get 30%?

I\'m okay with my results.... just not sure about him telling briceb that ideally 10% is the best. Kinda throws me off...

When I got 30% he said it was better, now brice gets 10% and its ideal.... weird.

I think it\'s more or him saying the ideal candidate is one who has smaller goals and is seeking a more minor enhancement, thus the 10% as its less risk and more likely to be a pleasant result. But of course he\'ll cater to larger goals as well.

I will also update the \'discolouration of the glans\' thread,but an update: no pain,still some inflammation,but not as frequent lately.still have a large lump,which I will assess in 6 months how it looks.

The black dots on my glans ive been reporting are still there,they have been diagnosed as capillary haemangiona,by a Dermatologist and biopsy.Why these formed I\'m not sure but I\'m thinking the pressure from the tight Foreskin may have something to do with it.seriously considering circumsision before I get any more rounds of PMMA.

An update on my progress.so I had round 1 on march 15th this year, mostly 30%.Currently have about .4 Inch gain in Girth. Although still have the clump/lump which I think is extremely slowly going down.im a bit nervous about sex as the lump is still quite prominent and some hardness. Will assess in a few months and decide what to do. I think i will be happy in the end, it will just take time and patience!

Did you ask about having the lump removed surgically ? I need to have all of my PMMA taken out, but can not find a doctor willing to help me yet.
