Carl. Would love to see how things are coming after several weeks / no months. I\'m going for R2 next monday.

I received a PM today that reminded me I\'ve been meaning to stop by here again. Hello to old friends, and another thank you to the owner/mods who keep this place running. I\'ll make a donation as soon as I can. I can\'t imagine my life having not found this place and taken the plunge.

Years later everything is still great. No regrets. Any imperfections are very minimal. I\'d still get a small round for aesthetics only if it happens to work into the schedule but I\'m not going out of my way for it...and I\'d be a little concerned about \'going to the well one too many times\'. I don\'t want to chance it when I\'m so happy now, although I\'m confident that Dr C and Wade would make me even happier. If I\'m in San D for a business I\'ll probably pop over to Tijuana at some point.

I\'ll try to remember to take recent pics next time the occasion comes up. Pics speak much louder than words in this case.

I might not be around frequently but I understand the value of answering questions for the new new guys and verifying that all is still well so let me know if anyone has any questions.

The extra time it takes to work it in, and the look on her face when it hurts just a little when we\'re just getting started is priceless. Truly priceless and a very powerful and satisfying feeling. Knowing that I\'m giving her everything she needs/wants feels great. Not being jealous when the subject of Dick size comes up is worth a lot too.

So this long after the procedure what are your aesthetic issues ? Any update pics

Glad to hear that you are happy with the result. If there\'s some minor aesthetic issues I\'m pretty sure that nobody else than you can even spot those out. So nothing to worry. Tho I know it would be nice to be \"perfect\".

You said it yourself quite good: \'going to the well one too many times\'. That is something everybody should keep in mind. I think the less the sessions one goes through, the better it is.

Dude what was your Flaccid Girth before the procedure and what is your glans size Flaccid ?

The very first post of this thread states the pre-op Flaccid Girth.

You had mentioned that your wife preferred just a touch up and not a full 2nd session. I read that you actually did a full 2nd round. How did your wife take the news? Did she notice it was a full round rather than a touch up? Is she happy with it now, or is it too much?
I hope you don\'t mind my asking you these personal questions, but I feel if a 2nd round, for me, would be too much for my slim gal, she may not appreciate it...or she might.

\'2nd round\' vs \'aesthetics round\' really just refers to the amount of PMMA that they use. My first round left gaps that required more than the \'aesthetic\' amount of PMMA so it is treated (and billed) as a full second round. So it was a bit of both actually. They definitely addressed some aesthetics, the gaps, a hard spot, etc. Now that its almost perfect if I had another round it would be a very small volume of PMMA which allows them more precise control over the results.

That being said it was perfect. She is happy with the size and I was happy to go just a little bigger. I definitely don\'t feel the need to be larger now. I\'m very content with this Girth in all aspects. It did take some adjusting...before I didn\'t have to be very patient...could just stick it in. Now I need to be slower initially and read her queues to know when shes ready to take it.
