Hi Guys,
First of all I want to thank you all for all the kind words and support. Today I am posting my Post-Op pictures. I am about 5 weeks post op. I penis is fully functional about 6in length and 5.8in Girth. Erections are strong and I have received the Go Ahead from Dr. Gelman to have sex.

I have lost a good 2.5 inches in length from the Elist Implant, Girth is about 1/2 in. thinner then before I started my P.E. surgery. I am thankful for full function and am in a lot better condition then when Elist removed his Implant for the 4th. time.

When looking at the pictures, look at my lower abdomen and you will see all the scars from the drains I had to have.

9 months to a year from now I am considering PMMA with Dr. C since I live in San Diego. Any success or failures please come forward. This would be a big decision for me considering all I went through. I just want a bit more Girth as I feel I can gain a bit of length with stretching.

Any advice would be much obliged.
Happy New Years!

You\'ve had 4 unsuccessful surgeries, but a 6x5.8 fully functional Cock?

My advice would be to appreciate what you have and don\'t let any doctor near your Cock again! Plenty of guys have had PMMA and don\'t have your starting statistics. The risk vs reward equation isn\'t really on your side mate.

Hey Basque, congratulations on your succesful surgery. Did Dr.Gelman show you any before and after pictures of reconstruction surgery before you made your decision to go with him?

I\'ve had some terrible experiences with PE surgery and one of the main surgeons that does reconstruction surgery has refused to operate on me because I decided to have a different procedure done before I scheduled my reconstruction surgery with him, so he was very angry with me, so his office told me that because I decided to go with a different surgeon that he would never operate on me, when I didn\'t actually go with a different surgeon for the reconstruction, I just had a completely different surgery, but I guess he took it personal.

So please let me know if Dr.Gelman was able to provide any before or after pictures?

lookingforanswers,

I would contact his office at Univeristy of California, Irvine. If you are refering to Dr. Alter getting mad at you, you are about right he has seen so many failed P.E. surgeries that people come to him to fix that he is just fed up in my opinion. I stand by Dr. Gelman but I am sure he is very picky who he works on.

He is a first class doctor without the Beverly Hills attitude, UCI is a teaching hospitol so these always has to be a level of quality passed on.

What exactly has happened to you, what do you need to have done?

Hey Basque,

I don\'t think you read my question in the post that I posted, which is no big deal. I was just asking if Dr.Gelman was able to show you any before and after pics before you choose him as a surgeon, and if so, how many?

Have you tried combining DMSO with stretching? I keep mentioning DMSO on here, simply because I\'ve suffered with bad scarring after reconstructive surgery and DMSO really helped. I was shocked at how effective it was in softening scar tissue and making it easier to stretch. I\'d recommend it to ever post Elist implant patient. Apply DMSO twice a day and wear a stretching device attached to your ankle or just below the knee. I was able to wear min 16 hours a day. Surgery should be an absolute last resort. I bet you\'d get at least half an Inch back after 3 months of DMSO and stretching.

It\'s really cheap, but I don\'t think it is advisable to use it with PMMA unfortunately. Also I\'m not sure it would be able to penetrate deeply enough for those who have PMMA, which I assume is placed on top of the scar tissue from the Elist implant.

Great tip....I have just started streaching again (post op 2-1/2 years Dr R Belladerm) I have lost about 1\" length down to about 5.25\" length, but regaining length is not my primary concern it is the curvature which has formed in the last 6 months. I know the Belladerm has absorbed, but I think it likely there is scar tissue as well........do you think the DMSO would help?

thanks

I don\'t know really. I had great success at softening scar tissue with DMSO and I know some people use it for Peyronnies, so it might well work for you. I think you could mix it with some Paba. DMSO is really cheap, so it\'s one of those things that is worth trying, as it\'s not going to cost you a fortune even if it doesn\'t work.

I should point at the whilst the DMSO softened and flattened the scarring I have, it hasn\'t really helped with the curve.
