I spoke with Wade about metacril prior to first procedure and based on that conversation and posts from others on forum, and comparison of products, I was comfortable with the product. after round 1 results, I was even more comfortable with the metacril. I am not suggesting it is right for everyone, I achieved desired result with both rounds so, my perspective may differ from others that may have gone with the metacril and did not get desired results. I am not a doctor or expert in this line of work so all i can really share is my opinion which is I am more interested in the persons skill and experience injecting the PMMA than the PMMA itself.

The $5k is total outlay at this point. I was able to cut some cost down by flying home same day on second procedure...not sure if i would do that if i were having to spend a full day traveling and might be worth some discussion with Wade and or others on this forum that are making more than an hour flight to San Diego.

I love your question about ideal goal as right now, I am larger than what my wife can comfortably take and it is impacting our sex life. She said she misses the old me as she could do so much more with it and she is a little frustrated. I love my wife and her satisfaction is very important in my mental/emotional state leading up to, during, and post sex, and at the moment, I am struggling to reach climax because I am aware of her feelings. So, if you have a committed partner, it might be worth exploring different sizes (my wife and i did with dildos trying oral, vaginal, and anal) to get a sense of where to stop. I am glad we did and communicated the goal to Wade and Dr. Casavantes so that they could monitor the volume of PMMA to get me into the ideal range. Thanks for the response. I believe I may save the extra $250 and go with Metacril at this point. What do you think about the Botox injections to prevent retraction?

Re: retraction. I turtle really badly so I tried edging for 10 days before my round 1. I noticed that 10 days of no ejaculating made my junk hang down to the floor. I\'m so glad I did that cuz my aesthetics will be way better...IMO.

My name is Greg, and i have been studying these forums for YEARS now!!! I just wanted to share my story; a brief and concise synopsis. I started out with 4.75 inches in Girth. I underwent the Girth enhancement with the good Dr. C, back in May 2012. Directly post-op i was 6.25 inches base Girth, 5.8 inches mid-shaft, and 5.5 below the glans. After the ups and down, the water loss, and fluctuation of Girth gains, I am currently sitting at 5.5 inches in Girth, and 5.75 inches in Girth. This was the best decision i could have EVER made for myself. I went from a boring, and bland sex life, to the best sex my partners have ever had!!! I have been studying these forums, and would like to propose a suggestion to help all of the brothers here. A way to send all of our brothers suffering sexually like we ALL once were prior to the surgeries. If we all donated to one candidate, lets says 10 bucks to a specific candidate, we could easily send them to Tijuana, and off to a better life!. Guys, please give me your thoughts on this. I dunno really, there\'s more things we could donate towards other than helping a man get a bigger penis... I read where a guy was on foodstamps and then saved enough for the procedure.... Far be it for me to judge but that\'s ridiculous. This is vanity, not life or death. I wouldn\'t expect nor accept help from anyone with me wanting to have a bigger Cock. The best thing you can do is to donate some time and effort by starting a progress thread with as much detail and hopefully photographic evidence as possible.

I\'m glad you are so happy with your procedure, but I wish everyone who has benefited from this forum would have the courtesy to return the favour and share as much of their experience as possible. To be honest a post like yours is no more helpful than when someone turns up saying how great their Elist implant is.

Very good point Bigben... While shilling is not permitted in any way/shape/form, one should note there are risks with PMMA. I not only advise others to refrain from undergoing Phalloplasty but would never, never, never help someone undergo an \"experimental\" procedure with his only penis. Just because some patients have a positive experience does not mean that all will. Even some recent patients are reporting trouble. I cannot recommend \"hopping on the bandwagon\" just yet. At present, I feel a \"wait and see\" approach is best.

Ben, I just posted about that in another forum. It really makes me further question the legitimacy of the procedure if such stupid and obvious methods are used to advocate it. Pretty blatant. If the lying starts here imagine where it ends....maybe with a deformed penis?

Hello Fellow-Phallo'sties (not sure that is what we are and apologies if offensive ' sounded fun). Time flies as it is now February and I am at a place of re-evaluating next steps in this insane pursuit of a larger penis. After giving PMMA rounds 1 & 2 a few months to settle in, I am gearing up for a 3rd round of PMMA (definitively getting done by Dr. Casavantes) and also considering the V/Y lengthening procedure with Dr. Camacho. I am still in exploration and would love to hear from those who have done V/Y procedure (with Dr. Camacho/other) or other lengthening procedures. In addition, I would appreciate any comments on best known approach i.e. length procedure then PMMA or PMMA then length, time between procedures?Here is update after round 1 (5 months since procedure) and round 2 (~3 months since procedure):Flaccid:

base ' 6 ''I debated to post pics with measurements for a couple reasons. First, I am amazed at the size difference from day to day and I wouldn't want anyone to get an impression one way or the other that 'this is the size' as that would just not be true. Second, It is really tough to hold the tape, penis, and snap a pic at the same time and I don't want anyone thinking I am trying to do any trick photography. However, I remember being out there secretly reading and following people's progress and praying that this whole thing is real and could happen for me, and for some reason put extra stock in the pics. So, because I am so grateful to the guys that went before that did post comments/pics, I decided to do take the PMMA plunge and it has changed how I feel about myself ' here you go with caveat that some days is a little longer/thicker and other days a little shorter/thinner. I will be checking in more regularly over the next few weeks looking for support on length topic and happy to respond to any queries about my experience ' drop me a note.

Not everyone feels comfortable sharing pics and that is fair enough. But there is no excuse for those who don\'t start progress reports. It\'s just plain selfish to use the forum to garner information and then not share your own experiences.

I sometimes feel frustration that others are not actively contributing information that would help others (myself). I am starring down round 3 of PMMA and feel like I am brand new at this. Upon starting down this path, I thought my length and glans were sufficient (reality is they are) but, I want to make gains before I get the 3rd and hopefully final round of PMMA. Given I have had 2 rounds of PMMA, I am reluctant to hang as I have tried and when i immediately take off the Hanger (bib Hanger), it appears to move the PMMA around. It goes back to normal within 30-45 seconds of massage but, the thought of taking off the Hanger with permanent dis-figuration really freaks me out. I also have a stretching device (andro penis) which doesn\'t feel to pull on the ligaments nearly as much as the Hanger but, does not create any dis-figuration, and in fact allows me to massage out the shaft so that it is amazingly smooth - I don\'t think anyone would ever know I had PMMA at this point. The kicker here is that my Girth is to large for the Hanger unless completely Flaccid - first time in my life i have ever been to big . So, I have been on a stretching routine and am closing in on 6 7/8\" inches EL and will continue as I am making gains. I thought about cutting ligaments but, have decided to let the stretching run it\'s course. I had inquired about Dr. Camacho but apparently he/his office is to busy to respond. I understand he has a procedure that goes through the scrotum to cut ligaments - would love to hear more from those who have done it. I am considering PRFM to increase glans but really on the fence as others have posted significant results are very spend\'y. So, bringing it back to Hoddle10 post, I would love it for others to chip in on the \'total package\' discussion and techniques/tools/process/sequence they are using to get the Girth/glans/length they desire - especially those that have a few rounds of PMMA completed.
