@GSXR and SOThanks alot guys. I appreciate the words of comfort. I think I\'m a little more comfortable after reading your posts, and seeing your reports from the past. Will update on day 3-4 and 1 week soon. Did you guys take Ibuprofen or any anti-inflammatory at all?

Circ scar swelling has gone down significantly, but now midshaft has become swollen. Circ scar still has saggy boob turkey neck look Hanging down from it. Starting to remotely resemble a human penis.

Notes: Only slightly swollen around the circ scar, otherwise everything is good to go! Very happy with the results. Everything looks great, proportional, and penis-like.

Overall Comments: You guys may be wondering about the 5.5 to 5.0 to 5.7 base. Its kind of like an hour glass, but its not contributed to PMMA. My penis was misshaped slightly due to an accident when I was very young. As you can see, my EGMS is 4.5 but my base is 4.2. I was supposed to be 4.2 Girth through-out, but the accident gave me .3 inches of Girth on midshaft. Although, it was not aesthetically pleasing to say the least, because there were small tunnel like ditches going vertically throughout my midshaft. Reason why I decided to go with PMMA for the Girth increase and aesthetically cover that up.

Sex: So... I kind of regret having sex with my girlfriend on Day 5. I was still pretty swollen, but I was just so turned on I couldnt help it. I was around 5.8~ at the time, and it hurt her really bad. It slightly tore the bottom part of her vagina. But I cant help but think that she might want that size again haha. Girth at 5.8 felt amazing, and competely filled her up. Not sure if 5.5 is going to do the job at this point. Especially since its only going down from here. Haven\'t been able to have sex with her since that day, due to our busy schedules. But hopefully it she\'ll enjoy 5.5 or less more.

Thanks for the update...and most (normal sane) women prefer not bleeding/tearing during sex, I bet she\'ll welcome a 5.5 seeings how that is still incredibly thick.

There will be some Girth loss... I recall a week post-op Round...Err 3 I think it was, I tested out a condom at full Erection and found it to roll off the base each time because it was so thick...doesn\'t quite have the same effect now lol.

Yeah, I am expecting to end up at 4.8 or 5.0 of Girth at the end of 6 months. Already thought about all of it before my PMMA procedure so I was not to be disappointed later.

Complication Update: My circ scar has been getting slightly itchy since day 8, and at day 13 right now it is very very itchy. Also, there are multiple small pimple like bumps forming around my butt. Not sure if this is related to PMMA, but after the procedure I\'ve never had this issue. Lastly, there is a very defined ridge forming around my entire circ scar, almost looks like there is a sleeve over my penis.

Itching is normal. I have had it every time I have had a procedure. As far as your pimples go, I have no idea man. I have never had that reaction from PMMA injections.

Complication: The itching has disappeared 100%, and the pimples have subsided. Ridges have formed around the circ scar which almost makes it look like there is a circular sleeve around my penis.

I have also gotten a rash on my butt after my alergy (cortisone) shot, a few times. So that might have been the cause of your pimples. My doctor said it is not uncommon or anything serious.

Like GSXR, I itched both times. Just the body healing my friend. Glad it all cleared up.

Could you go more into depths with the pain and discomfort.
Is jerking off painfull and discomforting ? Or what causes it, just randomly ?

The explanation of the occasional discomfort and pain esp. when lying on your stomach is :- Tiny skin nerves have been either injected or surrounded by pmma ( i.e. the area which has more pmma beads i.e. more collagen e.g. lumps) , and these tiny nerves withdraw from the areas of compression and the neighboring tiny nerves take over their duty in this area ( as in scar formation the discomfort or pain might last for 6 months ).

\"Zol\" from UK had some penile discomfort (on the Rt. side where he had a lump) for > 4 wks (his pmma was around 1 year ago) and I had asked Lemperle that time for his opinion about this (Try to read the whole page):-

Lemperle also mentioned \"finger pressure on this area will increase the pain\" (similar when you have pain esp. on lying on your stomach).

So the Advice is to wait until the compressed areas soften to free this nerve ( or intra-lesional kenalog injection into this area).

Zol did only massaging and hot bathing once a day for 2 weeks, and it was successful for him.

No pain when masturbating. ONLY pain when there is pressure on it with a good amount of force (eg body weight). Such as laying on it, rubing the lumps, or massaging the area. The discomfort is notice able, and it is an alien feeling compared to other discomforts. Almost feels like there is a sack of liquid nerves that are tingling and micro-electrical gel shocks but at the same time numb.


Ah I see, I might take some of your advice and start with the warm baths.
