sorry for not updating I was super super depressed after finish 5 boxes of ibuprofen that made problems in my stomach and didn\'t helped the swelling is gone but the unit is still warm and I have pain in my stomach on the left and the right side occasionally that comes from the testicles I think. I had blood test all clean I had ultrasound all well but today i had pain on the left side of my crotch area as I understand its the Lymph nodes so now I\'m scared and I have some slight pain on the right side near the glans occasionally.it\'s been 7 weeks from the procedure ,Dr c told me 2 weeks ago to let it heal by it self after I finish the Ibuprofen and the situation getting worse so I don\'t know what to do now.

Would you describe the pain isolated to just the penis, or when you mean \"side of my crotch\" are you referring to the areas on the left & right side of your penis and inner thighs? Just getting some clarification. I\'m sorry to hear about the unusual symptoms you have, and I believe your best bet would be to continue monitoring your shaft and staying in touch with the doctor.

Some members have reported the occasional dull (or sometimes sharp) pain in the shaft which can occur infrequently and tend to lessen in frequency as time goes on. Your issues, however, are not nearly as common. I wonder what Dr. C\'s take is on the matter of your lymph nodes being agitated (for whatever reason), as I know CHL has had similar issues (although he has not been able to say for certain if it was PMMA-related). Contact him and ask if there is reason to believe migration to the lymph nodes is a plausibility, and if so, how it could be tested/diagnosed, and further, what risks it poses, and finally, what can be done to treat it. I believe both CHL & yourself have been the only members I know of who have expressed concern with their lymphatic system as it pertains to PMMA. Please keep us up to date, and hope time will be your friend! We\'re all in this together, so don\'t be afraid to share with us any new findings.

The best thing (after asking Dr.C.) to confirm if there is any migration of pmma to the regional lymph nodes is to do MRI at that region , there is a doctor from Sao Paulo Dr. Suzana Barreto did a study on her patients :- She does MRIs on patients before she injects them with PMMA and a few months later to see how the implant behaves in people. She showed great slides on MRI results of the face and buttocks. She also compared MRIs done in patients that have had silicone injected to show how silicone migrates and shifts in tissue.

It could be only Lymph Adenitis, so MRI will be in this case the best radiological tool.

GM I am getting worried about you.. Have you seen a Urologist in your home country ?? I really hope you have improved. We are here for your emotional support as well. keep the faith.

Does the burning hurt, when you touch your penis ?
Or does it hurt or cause any discomfort when you masturbate ?

Gulch can we get an update on your status ? I know you were suffering from prolonged lymph node swelling and pain from the PMMA, I hope your health has improved..

GM, I have the same problem including the lymph node pain. I was told it needs to be removed. Can you let me know if you had Removal and how it went ?
