6\" girth is rare and requires a Magnum XL if I\'m not mistaken... so you are now on the super rare and super huge side with that implant! Glad to hear yours went successfully, since not everyone shares the same fate.

Just after casually browsing this site, I don\'t seem to find any believers in the Elist implant. Really tragic and unfair situations on here. WTF is the point of this surgery when you have a chance of ending up with an Inch less, a thousands of dollars less....btw, Girth is only good if it is proportional. a lot of his after pics look like fat turtles with a tiny little head. no girl would like that. I would like to be proven wrong by somebody!!

You speak for all girls? Some like \'em long, some like \'em thick, some like \'em pretty, and others don\'t care as long as it\'ll split their kitty!

Aesthetics to some extent is in the eye of the beholder. Granted, there are examples that can be deemed universally \"unnatural looking\" or \"butchered,\" but the large majority of natural penises (before any work is done) varies aesthetically anyways.

What should also be noted is that glans enhancement is a riskier endeavor that seldom yields long lasting & satisfying results. For this reason, anyone considering Girth enlargement of any sort (implant, fat, PMMA, etc), should know that at some point there may be come a growing disproportion between shaft & glans. Best solution for this is to take a conservative approach and attain a size large enough, but not so large that it dwarfs the glans. Then again, some like myself, don\'t mind a little more, even at the expense of dwarfing. And let me just tell you, no complaints thus far

Well, considering Im going in for my 6th round of PMMA nearing 8inch Girth (shy of it right now), i originally started with a much bigger glan fortunately which is now clearly dwarfed. but the Cock is aka the weapon as stated by the women in the recent days and Im going to continue the PMMA journey with more emphasis now on lengthening in the coming period.

I want easily 8-8.5 Girth but every successive round now gives much less growth. I think I have 2-3 more rounds of PMMA left in me.
