TOPIC: Big John's New PMMA Procedure

Day three post op. Bruising is definitely on the decline as well as the swelling. Still some fairly heavy duty fluid build up right beneath the Glans - I have a lot of loose skin there and it always attracts fluid - Hanging, stretching, and both the lig cut and FFT procedures gave me fluid build up in the same area. Would love to keep this size but just read Miracle 7\'s update and I know that I could end up with a lot less than I\'m looking at now. I\'ll keep my fingers crossed that the 20+ccs of 20% will take hold and give me a big permanent gain.

D+4. Bruising is almost gone - swelling is up a little more but I had sex last night and I\'m sure that has a lot to do with it. Still above 6\" BSEG and more than 5.5\" at MSEG. Would be nice if that would be my low point but expect to lose a little more as the swelling finally subsides. No other side effects to report - looks good so far!

Looking good BJ! I was sitting at a solid 5.75\" MSEG at 6 weeks and it gradually reduced to it\'s current size of 5.25\" - 5.4375\". I would wait a good 6 months before \"calling it\". LOL Your results look fantastic thus far. I can tell that there is still swelling present. It looks completely natural and I\'d be very proud if I were you. Congrats man and keep us posted on your recovery. Hope you hold onto as much as possible!

I\'m going to do a second max cc procedure with 20% in March - will push for 20+cc\'s again. Will then wait at least 6 months before going in for #3. Depending on where I\'m at, that could be another full 20% procedure or a touch up. At that point, Dr C might be open to the 30% option and if needed, I\'ll ask him for that at that point. I think I should back off the sex for the rest of the week and let this thing settle down but dude - the temptation to put this thing to work is unreal!!! lol

I completely understand! Haha! Sounds like you\'ve got a good plan BJ! I\'m going in for R2 on February 22nd. I will also be maxing out at 20%!

D+5. Healing continues along with shrinkage. It appears I\'m losing about an 1/8\" daily. Still above 5\" Flaccid Girth, 5.5\" MSEG, and 6\" BSEG. I think I will dip below that benchmark as everyone says day seven is the low point and that\'s two more days away for me. Would like to come back to at least this and maintain it until procedure #2 but I think that would be a stretch - only time will tell.

Sweet big john. I think my highest was 5.75 mseg around that time and after 2 months I\'m staying around 5.25.

@imbignowExact same here man! I actually hit 6.125\" MSEG then down to 5.75 and now stabilized (2 1/2 months after) at around 5.375\".

I'd say that day 14 is the low point, swelling needs more than a week to go away

6 days post op. Swelling and brusing still on the decline and nothing alarming to report. My stats are still dropping but again normal based on all the data we have at this point. I\'m right at my round one benchmark of 5.5 MSEG and still above 6 BSEG and my Flaccid Girth is still bigger than my pre PMMA Erect Girth - maybe only because of the swelling at this point. There is still a bit of swelling and if that heals before my collagen kicks in I may drop below the bench mark. Time will tell. I will continue to measure daily and update this board - like a science project and the empirical data is imperative I like the fact that Dr C went heavy top and bottom and less on the sides so that I still have a natural looking taper. Will ask for that on round 2 as well.

Low point will not be the same for every individual. It will take time to assess final outcome.

Has anyone looked at their measurements immediate post op and compared them to their 3 month results? Just wondering as those measurements were the lowest of the 6 days I\'ve recorded. There was almost no swelling at that point so the increase was water and plastic. I wonder if the collagen growth can equal the water it replaces? If so, then you would know your ultimate gain coming off the table. Or maybe that\'s just a good way to figure out the max you could gain for that round and something a little less is more likely? If thats the case, I was 5.5 MSEG and 6.0 BSEG immediate post op. That would be the biggest I could get from this round but still - that is a .75 MS and 1.25 BS increase. That would be huge!!! Something else to ponder about your penis and surgery! lol

I have. I am no where near my size immediately post op. I think the size you are post op is an attainable goal after several procedures. I am 2.5 months post op. If you produce enough collagen to recoup your loss of the carrier and swelling, you are likely Wolverine.

Would love the collagen build but not at the expense of being wolverine! LMAO

D+7. Bruising is almost entirely gone. Just a little bit of swelling between the glans and the circ scar. Everything feels and appears to be on track for a great first result. Nothing else to report other than a major increase in my sex life. I woke up at 2:30 this morning with my wife riding me. Got back from the gym this morning and was getting in the shower and the wife blew me before she went to work. She cannot go all the way down anymore I still haven\'t told her anything nor has she mentioned anything so not sure if there is a correlation or not. Will post pics later if I can get an Erection! lol
