@ needlength No it wont migrate quite a few of us have a slight bumb there almost like a rubber ring. It will soften over the next few weeks/months and I am sure it will be a non issue or in my case and advantage.

did you get lipo done as well?

Did you consider dropping a few pounds before having the lipo done to the fat pad? I work in fitness and by jus looking at the picture I can tell you have a higher Body fat percentage. I know for a fact if you dropped the weight the fat pad would have went down and you could of saved your $$$ on that. Have you heard the term of gaining 2 inches of penis after losing weight? IT\'S VERY TRUE.

I had dieted and lost 35 pounds and the fat pad hadn\'t gone down at all. I did have the lipo, but I\'m not thrilled with the results so far.

I did not measure but it looks like I have lost nearly all my Girth gains. I had the surgery on Thursday and I keep reminding myself it goes down initially, then rebounds when the collegen kind kicks in. I\'m gonna book my next appointment ASAP, I loved the size of my penis right after surgery.

Q: I underwent suprapubic liposuction one week ago. I was surprised and concerned about how much swelling and bruising I have on my penis, scrotum and inner thighs. There is also a lump at the base of my penis which makes it look shorter than before the surgery. Will this go away and will my penis now be deformed? Will look a long when the swelling and bruising goes away as it did before? Is what I am seeing normal or am I understandably freaking out about what I am seeing? A: What you are experiencing is absolutely normal after suprapubic liposuction . Either you have forgotten all therse details of how things will look after for a period of time or you were never properly educated before the procedure. What I tell all males that receive liposuction in the pubic area is that they will have a tremendous amount of bruising and swelling of the penile shaft and scrotum afterwards'usually shockingly so. This will be striking to the man that has not seen it before but normal from my standpoint. When you see your scotum twice as large than normal and bruising at the base of your penis, you will freak out'unless you know that this is completyely normal. Gravity and the scotal pouch drives most bruising and swelling south. It may get so swollen that the penis may become almost completely buried.This will take about 3 weeks to completely go away. From an Erection standpoint, it will work just fine as liposuction does not damage (nor is close to) any of the nerves that are responsible for this important function.

Thank you very much! I knew to expect swelling, but what I was concerned with primarily is the lipo might have pierced a hole near my shaft and maybe the PMMA leaked into my former fat pad. Ill attach pictures for your review. It feels a little stiff and not like the other fluid in the bruised areas.

I attached the original complication of the lump where my base of the shaft meets the scrotal sac. I pushed that PMMA back into my shaft and have not had any more issues since.

@medilook- I\'m just not certain I made the right choice on the lipo. Wade mentioned his guy could do the operation cheap. Its still very early and I maybe paranoid, but my main fear is PMMA moving to different areas that could do damage down the road. The lipo couldn\'t go too much more aggressive because I would have a lot of excess skin that could sag.

It does look like you have quite a bit of bruising. I really think you\'ll be okay, but if you\'re really concerned I would contact Dr. C and Wade and get their feedback. Keep us posted.

hey, whats the latest update with your procedures?

Curious, did you ever end up getting the lengthening done too? You mentioned the lipo & PMMA, but never followed up on whether you went through with Dr. Camacho. Hope everything else is going great, hope to hear from you soon!
