well almost 4 yrs since rd1. very content with my results to date. no complications, touch up still needed around an old dermal scar not sure when I\'ll have this done but I\'m really in no hurry for that. pre PMMA I was 4.5\" Erect Girth now sitting at 6.25\" . tho if I jelq or after hard sex I do seem to swell a little still ... sometimes to 6.5\" which is great

to be honest I\'d still like an extra 1/2\" Girth if anyone is wondering about my biceps .. I wouldn\'t recommend

What happened to your biceps? if you can share pix it would be great but of course you don\'t have too.

hey skeptical, mustang its been a while lol..
hope all is well with you both. mustang biceps
are well no complications etc tho the odd massage
has raised questions regarding a small lump unnoticeable
to the eye. I just don\'t think unless you have teeny tiny arms
it\'s worth it. the amount of PMMA for real noticeable gains I\'d
have to say would be 100cc+.

Hey Paso!

Congrats on all your gains.

I too had goals of achieving max lifts as a relation to my weight. I wasn\'t trying to get to twice my body weight in bench tho. That\'s pretty impressive.

When I turned 40 I had the goal of running a 10k in under 40 minutes, benching, squating, deadlifting 150% of my body weight all in the same year. I weighed 200 lbs. So my goal was 300 lbs on each.
I got the 40 minutes.... just barley. I had less than 30 seconds to spare.
I got the bench. 315 lbs.
I got the deadlift. 365 lbs.
I got the squat. 315 lbs (ass to grass)

When I turned 50 I did a similar challenge. My goal then was to finish marathon in under 3 hours, bench 350 lbs, deadlift 400 lbs, and squat 400 lbs. I probably weighed in at about 225 lbs at the time. I\'m 6\'3\" so it\'s not a lot of weight actually.
I finished the marathon but it took longer than 3 hours. Fail.
I got the bench. 355 lbs. Total arching the back. haha
I didn\'t get the deadlift. I think my deads dropped to 345 lbs. Lower back issues. Fail.
I didn\'t get the squat. 335 lbs. Huge fail. Long legs and long back makes for squat hell.

Now I\'m 56 and I\'m not maxing anymore. The marathon killed my knees (or maybe it was the squats). I tore my rotator cuff. That\'s a hard surgery. I\'ve had a couple of knee surgeries. You name it. I\'ve had it. I still workout a lot. I weigh 215 lbs. I feel stronger in many ways than I did at 50. I\'m now more into dumbbells and reps for bench. Keeps my shoulders healthier.

I do admire that you\'re going for twice your weight in bench. It\'s a lot harder than folks imagine. I never achieved it. Remember it\'s the journey that\'s the most fun.

Very impressive achievements, it\'s great to have goals and always strive to do better in life. And going by what you have done in recent years you should be very proud of yourself. At 42 I\'m finding it so hard to train at my max without niggling injuries... I have been playing around with certain peptides. And most recently Ostarine and GW 1516. I\'ll see how this goes and in time I will post my findings.
I have also begun manual PE stretching and Jelqing with pc exercises too.
another 1/2 \" in Erect length and Girth would be nice as my new girlfriend likes bigger.

Have you noticed any effects from Ostarine? I\'m considering it, but it makes me a bit suspicious that SARMs have suddenly become so popular now prohormones are banned. SARMS have been around for years, yet it\'s only recently they\'ve become so popular.

Hey Hoddle

I have been taking peptides for a couple of months now and just recently purchased some Ostsrine and Gw1516. I was expecting more from the peptides but must say sleep quality was awesome.. first cycle was cjc1295 + ipamaralin then tried cjc195 + ghrp6.
I\'ve started ostarine and GW up to day 9 now feel I have a little more endurance but nothing out of the ordinary. I do question the potency of some products here in Australia. I\'d imagine it would be much the same in the U.S.A ... I have been working away from home the last 6 months, when I return home I\'m going to get bloods done at local dr before next cycle and post cycle just to monitor levels of testosterone etc. that way I think I will have a much better way of knowing what\'s happening in my body and what I need.

For weight training, I\'ve tried all the legal supplements over the years.

My current recommendation is to go simple:
Creatine
L-Glutamine
Whey Protein Powder (goal is to get 1g per body weight per day)
L-Arginine
Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
And now a bunch of collagen supplements

And I\'m playing around with peptides (dosing 100mg x 3/day for 5 days a week, 2 days off)
GHRP: GHRP-2
GHRH: Mod GRF(1-29)

I take all of the above too... have you tried ghrp6 ? that stuff makes you so hungry lol. I ate 5 protein bars one morning in the space of half an hour lol.

yes of course you can jelq with PMMA I can jelq for 10 min and increase my Erect Girth by around 1/4 \"
not sure why but I get a nice swollen look for most of the day before subsiding.
