The PRFM with Dr. Runels had no visible signs of any gains, it may have helped the healing process after the silicone implant
Removal, but that is a guess on my part.
I discussed the results with Dr. Runels and I wanted to share with him that I would be going for
PMMA. He did not know much about it but after some background explanation he seemed to agree that it is a good idea to do it. He also agreed that if I wanted to go back for another treatment with him, the needle going thru the
PMMA should not be a problem (the same judgement was repeated by Dr. C thru Wade)
I called Wade and Christian and scheduled a first session at the end of July 2011. christian also made reservation for the shuttle and for the hotel.
I made my flight reservation thru the internet and I got a great deal at less than $200 return!!!
I flew to San Diego, again one of my favorite cities in Caly, and juan, I think, was waiting for me at the airport. He drove me into TJ and it was a very quick ride even thru the border line. He was a very nice gentleman.
I arrived at Dr. C\'s office and was greeted by Christian. Filled in some paper work and was ready to go in. A couple of beautiful Mexican ladies came in and left, not sure if they were patients, I did not; care they had nice bodies!
Wade came out and greeted me, he looked young and I can tell he has had
PMMA in his body and he goes to the gym too!
A few pictures were taken of my penis and then Dr C came in. Again a young and handsome man who also for sure had
PMMA and went to the gym... Both Dr. C and Wade live in SD and commute every day to TJ....ouch!
I showed them some pictures of my penis in the
Flaccid and
Erect state and I told them I wanted my
Girth numbers to be around the previous implant ones. They were impressed that the implant gave me a bit over 7 inches at the base tapering down to 5.5 inches near the glans. I asked them I wanted them to fill it up as much as possible because I had a lot of good skin and I did not want to come in for a second session if at all possible, they said they will do their best.
Another gentleman came in and started getting the surgical equipment/tools ready. He was very good with cleaning the tray thoroughly before placing the tools on top of it, he even cleaned the sides and bottom of the tray, a huge contrast to the implant
Removal scene which of course was a lot more invasive.
He finished placing the stuff and then went out and came back in with the \"big needles\" for the
PMMA.
Dr. C and Wade came in and injected me with the local anesthesia in the penis, I do not recall any pain and may be it was so little it did not matter....
I asked the Dr. to see if he can put some more
PMMA on the right hand side of the penis to counter some of the curvature caused by the implant and he said he would.
They both started working on me, Wade was stretching the penis pretty hard by pulling on the glans, it actually hurt more than the whole procedure but it was mild.
Dr. C was able to proceed quickly in the left and top of the shaft. the right side was more tough to get the needle in, probably due to the scar tissue but not sure.
Before we started, I wanted 20% solution, but they assured me that 10% will be just as effective as 20% and it will have the same
Girth gains. They also admitted that they do not know why it works as well as 20% ONLY in the penis! elsewhere, higher percentages work better....I am told.
Not sure how long it took, may be an hour or so and I was done. Wade wrapped my penis and taped it and we talked for a while and then it was time to go to my hotel. They were all very tired and it was about 7 pm.
they arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick me up for the 3/4 mile drive, I did not want to walk it but it actually looked safe. I saw some really pretty Mexican ladies, slim and pretty, not sure what happens to some of them when they come to the US.
the hotel was great and the service was also great. I ate down stairs and it was very good actually. I had some wine and beer and it was time to go to sleep.
I went into my nice room, the view was great into the tennis courts and the golf course if I remember correctly.
I went into the bathroom and I checked my penis, it looked fine but I could see a lot of bruising in the glans where there was a lot of pulling and tugging.
I had worn the ADS right after I finished with Dr. C and Wade. I tried to keep it on as much as possible, I only took it off just before I went to sleep.
I woke up next day and I checked my penis again, the bruising had increased in the glans and at the base and near the
Circumcision area. I tires to put on the ADS but it was painful due to the glans bruising but I went ahead and did it any way, I wanted to have on it as long as possible.
The wait to go thru the immigration was not too bad, about 45 mins just due to traffic. I brought my US passport just in case, the immigration officer took a look for a second and waved us by...
I got the SD airport a bit early, so I went thru security without the body scan and went into my the bathroom near my gate. I checked the wrapping and the ADS and all was well.
I took my flight back home with out an event. I had the ADS all along, some times it would slip off the glans but I would put it back on....
I wore the wrapping for about four days or so. I contacted Wade and he said a couple of days of wrapping were fine so I took it off after four days. I would wrap it again if my penis would shrink. I am a
Grower, so I kept an eye on the shrinkage factor
In the next days and weeks, the
Girth went up and down more than I cared to document, but after about two weeks or so, the
Girth went down quite a bit signaling the end of bruising and the continuing formation of collagen.
In the next weeks, I could see the
Girth improving very slowly but very surely. I did no get an
Erection for quite a few days nor did I force one even thus I thought it might have been a good idea...
the glans bruising lasted a very long time, about two weeks but the rest of the penis was fine in about a week or less.
as of this writing I am about five weeks. there is a nice
Flaccid Girth that is less than the implant days and a lot softer, very natural looking and feeling. the
Flaccid angle is back to normal and the whole thing looks great now. It feels very natural to the touch, gone are the day of implant semi
Erect look and feel lasting 24/7....
The
Erect Girth now is less then the implant, I will try to catch a good
Erection in the next few days/weeks to get e better meaningful measurement. My goal was/is to get back to implant
Girth days, in one
PMMA session, of 7
Inch base tapering to 5.5
Inch at the glans.
Overall Impression of Dr.
Casavantes and Nurse Wade and their Operation
As most of you have read here, it is a very nice and professional surgery and staff center. Dr. C, Wade and all the others are just great. They have a good smooth operation and I hope they only get better and keep the cost to a reasonable level.
It makes great sense to me if they can figure out a sure way of gaining
Erect penile length, then they will have a one stop place for most men.
