The Mustang Saga: Elist Silicone Implant , PRFM, PMMA and then??? 6 years 7 months ago #1299957317

After reading Mustangs story, I am definitely not interested in the Elist implant. PMMA sounds promising, except what are the outcomes 5,10, and 20 years out? Does anyone know of any follow-up studies that have tracked this? What is the longest time someone has had PMMA injected into the penis with no complications? Would love to know as this type of data, if unbiased, could go a long way to convincing me.

I agree with you and that\'s some of the questions I have there are two versions on this blog and I want to say some of the main people on here have done PMMA around 2011

You will not find any studies about the PMMA in the penis 20 years out. It does not exist.
I can tell you that I have had it for 4 years without any complications.
It has been used in other parts of the body for many years, though.

I have had no problems with PMMA so far, it has been around 7 years now?

For way over 10 years, PMMA has been used in the face of many AIDS patients with minimum to no reported serious issues. It also has been used in many parts of the body such as muscles. Of course there has been some reported issues here but if you look at the whole picture, most will agree that PMMA in the penis has been the best Girth penile enhancements yet.

Now there are temp fillers too, another excellent option if one is worried about PMMA.

Every single surgery or cosmetic enhancement has its failures, but so far as far as \"I\" can see and read it, PMMA, has been very reliable.

Still, there can be some unknown issues that are yet to surface. You take a chance crossing the road, driving your car or bike, drinking alcohol, eating processed foods and so on. So, make your own \"educated\" decision and take a chance in life!

A quick update, so far there is no indication of any issues with the PMMA. Only minor cosmetic stuff that has never been mentioned by any girl. I plan to go in for a final procedure to correct some unevenness but it is really a low priority now....

The only continuing problem (due to elist implant) is the loss of EL, loss of sensation on top of shaft and Peyronie\'s curvature due to the installation and Removal of the defunct elist silicone implant.

When you say loss of sensation on the top of the shaft is that because of the PMMA? How dramatic is it would you say?

The loss of sensation is due to the elist implant damaging nerve endings on the shaft. This happens to EVERY elist victim. Some may just deny it, but ALL know it is true.

It is medical science. Put a hard implant against a penile shaft full of sexual nerves and the implant will be rubbing and destroying these nerves and there is no going back...

Hey Mustang, I dont understand. Ive read all your posts but when you were talking about removing the elist implant, u said u were really debating wether to do it or not cuz u said, 'i have a big Dick and it works. Should i keep it or remove it'and u even said if there was no PMMA u wouldve kept it. So i'm just not understanding what all of a sudden made u have all these negative remarks against it when u said it was working fine with u

Hello Mustang,

firstly thanks for this testimony of more than 7 years, you are a good person and warn against the undesirable effects, you will go to paradise =)

I think that in general we care about our size because we are with a bad girl (bitch) or we get bad compliment by a girl.. and people\'s eyes, we life in a world of perverse.

personally I worry about the size of my penis when my girlfriend was unfaithful to me with a ex buddy.

I think that if we are average size, it is very stupid to damage the body.

My measurements are 6\" length (6.9\" pressed) 4.52\" base 4.4\" middle 4.25\" under the glans. ( In Erect )

My circumference is unfortunately smaller than the average.

So i made Hyaluronic Acid injections, it changed my life (finished being complexed, I finally had confidence in myself, etc ...), I was 5.5 \", the problem with HA c \' is that after 1 year there is almost nothing left (on 20cc injected, i may be still have 5cc) so my penis is ugly for the moment. (asymmetrical) but I think that even HA, PMMA damages the nerve ending because I no longer have a good Erection as in the past (or it may be the fact of finding myself at the starting point).

but having a penis too thin is a real ordeal especially when we had something bigger, I think to go to tijuana to make injections of PMMA because to inject HA every year would cost me too much. ( I live in France ).

I was afraid of this procedure because there is \"plastic\", but you have it for 7 years and + and you have not had any complications? you have no major Erection problem or inflammation? or anything wrong?

PMMA is hard enough in Erection?

Sorry if my english is not perfect, i speak french ..

Also do you smoke ?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thanks Mustang for sharing your experiences with PE. I read all your posts in this thread. You have quite an interesting story to tell. You\'ve been through a lot, that\'s for sure. Maybe the most telling piece is that you now say you\'d have done nothing if you knew what you know now. Another fascinating part is that you have left the option open to undergo additional PMMA sessions for appearance sake, or so it seems.

In my recent opening post on PhalloBoards, I wrote about my longtime interest in PE. The thing is that I know I am vain and have fed this aspect of my personality all of my life, one way or the other.

When I was 29, I had rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum and hopefully pair down the width of my \'honker\'. Unfortunately, there was not a lot the doctor could do for my nose cosmetically way back then. He did suggest a chin implant to fix my recessive chin. It made a huge positive difference in my appearance. He used a Teflon implant. I\'ve never had any physical issues with it. IMO it could have been bigger.

It seems I physically adapt well to foreign bodies. I also have a prosthetic right testicle. It is probably made of a reinforced silicone elastomer (a rubber-like substance), which are solid if incised, or they may be gel-filled and slightly softer. Mine is not very soft. The bummer is that it is smaller than my functioning testicle. I wanted it to be larger so as to give me more bulge. Like I said, I\'m vain.

When is enough big enough? Who knows, but I\'ve been doing PE exercises and using a pump for decades. However, I\'ve not been consistent with doing them. At present, my penis is somewhere between 5.5\" and 6.5\" long when Flaccid and 5\" to 5.5\" in Girth, depending on the temperature. LOL. - Not much of a Grower, maybe a half Inch in length and Girth. In my head, my goal is to be as big as some porn actors and/or strippers. This is not a realistic goal as far as I know.

You have spelled out in extensive detail all that you\'ve subjected yourself to. Sometimes reading about your PE experiences made me cringe. You seem relatively happy with the end result, so why would you not do it over again, minus the failed silicone implants done by Dr. Elist? The total costs for all the PE procedures you\'ve undergone seems very high and possibly ongoing.

What do you think about Dr. Maercks\' approach to Phalloplasty? \"One of the many modalities Maercks has used to rescue damaged tissues from these techniques is a special technique of stem cell and fat grafting to restore and renew. This experience allowed him to develop the Maercks Phalloplasty, an incisionless procedure that harmnesses the bodies own tissue to increase length by bolstering the penis further away from the body, adding Girth and dimension to the penis and improving vascularity and sexual pleasure.\" I\'ve read that fat grafting is not permanent. Stem cell and fat grafting seems to be minimally invasive, but it is new and I suspect not fully tested. It is also expensive, around $15,000. Stem cell plastic surgery is also available in Mexico. I imagine it would cost less to have it done there.

I\'m 72 years old, probably too old to still be considering Phalloplasty. Of course, safer procedures have only recently become available. In this past, Phalloplasty seemed very risky, much more so then now.

I think it is great that you are considering at your age! To me it means that you still care about your appearance, sex and haven\'t \"checked out.\" Just keep in mind that with whatever procedure, you might not have the same outcome as a guy in his 20s.

I ask anyone considering ANY type of PE to be extra careful and to do as much research as possible. The internet has changed so much in the last 7-8 years and is full of excellent info to empower us to make the right decisions.

NEVER EVER even consider the elist defunct silicone implant. It is a failure by design and a disaster by surgeon. Elist will lie to his own mom if he could. The guy even uses \"disabled blue sign\" to park his BMW illegally near his office!!!! is there any more that needs to be said about his character?

Some one asked if I smoke? I do not smoke cigarettes, never did, I do smoke a cigar once in a while. I drink socially if you need to know. But I cook a lot....LOL .. ?

A quick update:

So far, I have had no complications due to the PMMA. Girth is stable and there are no issues with the feel or shape. There are a few dips and areas that can be filled to make the shaft more even but really, there is no need for any additional Girth which may happen if I go for a touch up. I may do it in the future, but now I am too busy.

On the other hand, The Peyronie\'s curvature that developed from the insertion and Removal of the elsit silicone implant has not gone or improved over the last 7 years plus. The shaft now curves to the right and upward, prior to the failed elist implant, the shaft used to go out almost dead straight with a slight curvature to the LEFT, not right!

The sensation on top of the shaft where the implant used to be is still numb and minimum. At this point I have to assume the sexual nerve damage done due the implant siting and rubbing against the shaft will never come back. Thx elist, best dr in the world!!! ?

There is always slight pain near and just behind the glans where the implant was stitched to the shaft. This pain increases when having sex and takes away from the pleasure, but I have to live with it.

MY EQ has been going down since the implant, I am sure age does not help, but I know that the implant has brought it in and accelerated the lack of Erection quality and sensation.

I count my blessing having come out of the horrors of the elist implant with a functioning penis, I do hope that I will not have further damage due to implant.

Later!

Hi mustang you said you EQ has gone down from the elist implant, can you detail that? Do you have problems getting up, keeping it? Do you have to take viagra? Otherwise I wouldn\'t consider it bad EQ.

And how did you recover an Inch in length from the implant? Because you said that after the implant you lost an Inch (5\") and after the third session of PMMA 0.25\" more and now you are 6\"?Have you gained more than an Inch after all? How do you measure?
