I also had a similar issue with needing more lidocaine on my 2nd round, not sure why (??). I actually use(d) anti-anxiety medication but may consider pain medication on my 3rd Round. Thanks for the update!

BTW, i dont like the Mexican anti biotics they gave me. Anybody recommend me a good American anti biotics please.

doxycycline monohydrate 100mg (daily) - broad spectrum antibiotic, i\'ve experienced no upset stomach, or worry some side-effects. Its also helped to clear up my back acne, i regularly roll on the juijitsu mats and get clogged pores. If you don\'t have insurance Walgreens and target sells it fairly inexpensive, with my insurance it was only $10 here in California.
Hey FYI stay CLEAR AWAY from the heavy narcotics aka pain killers/sedatives before a PMMA round, you want to have all 5 of your senses intact when you are visiting Tijuana, welcome to the Jungle baby it becoming less safer each visit even during the day, theres a reason why Dr.Casavantes lives states side and not in Tj! This is solid coolhand advice. The treatment doesn\'t hurt much, and Dr.Casavantes can give you an anti-anxiety med if you become that anxious or nervous. Man up, enjoy the final results, as Woody Harrelson put it, \"its time to nut up or shut up\", you\'ve gone this far future PMMA gents!

Round 2 - 9 days Post Op Update
It\'s strange this round vs last I had almost no bruising or discoloration but am more sore. They put a lot of PMMA near my base to help with retraction so its still tender around that area but near the glans healed enough to be able to have sex last night (8 Days Post), which was enjoyable for the both of us, minus some post swelling. So far I\'m a little more worried this round then last about how it will turn out as the 20% seems more lumpy to me, maybe I\'m just paranoid because the first round the areas I had 20% were the areas that needed touched up where the areas with 10% turned out perfect; I guess I\'ll just have to wait fingers crossed over the next few weeks to see how it turns out. Its a little too early to measure since I still might have some swelling but so far I\'m happy with the size increase which looks to be around .3-.5 on average.
@ Coolhandduke - Most people take Dr. C\'s recommended shuttle which escorts you to and from the office and safely out of Mexico to a hotel in San Diego, for those who can do it safely there would be no harm in it. I have a fairly high pain tolerance but the second time around seemed a lot more sensitive, especially the shots right up near the glans \"wooo weee!\".

I also learned about \" peno scrotal webbing\".. the dreaded \"turkey neck\" which I have and always thought that was just the way my penis was naturally and not a botched circumsicion at birth. Zmann I spoke with Wade about six months ago and thought he recommended getting that surgery before the PMMA. Because I delayed getting that done I have not joined the PMMA club yet. You post is great news. I live on the east coast and having Dr. Comancho do his thing at the same time leaves me with more cash for the second touch up round. Are you still on track to do both at the same time ? Do you think that finally there may be some advantage to \"turkey neck\" in that it allows some excess skin to accomadate larger Girth. No harm and safety, these words should be eliminated from describing mexico in any positive manner, i was in Zona Rio this weekend, and Police activity was rampant, narco activity seems to be rising from what most locals tell me in the last few weeks, things are getting more dangerous. Shuttle services do not stop bullets, and narcos are un-bias in whose lives they claim. I didn\'t even stay the night, a friend invited me over to stay the night and i even passed the offer. I would STRONGLY recommend that any inexperienced traveler to stay in San Diego, California instead of Tijuana, i would hate to hear of a fellow friend of the forum getting injured or killed. Please stay state side, saving an extra 15 or 20 bucks a night on hotel stays use to be worth it in my book, but now, i\'d like to think everyones life is worth more than saving $20 in you wallet. Please do not risk staying in Tj, the violence has claimed an intimate friend, and only until you are directly affected by it, does the reality of this mexican civil war become clearly understood as a possible threat to your own safety. There is no GREEN ZONE in mexico.

Round 2- 5 Week Update
Collagen growth has definitely kicked in, and the Girth is up more so then round one (1st - 10% vs 2nd- 20%), particularly midshaft up towards the glans. I\'ll post some measurement photos when the results seem more solid.
For some reason my right hand side seems to have all the problems: the base still seems uneven (from round one) and now I am noticing a lump on the right hand side near the glans this worries me the most since its so close to the glans it may be hard to conceal with a touch-up and may require Kenalog. This was with the new smaller canulas Dr. C is implementing. On a side note it doesn\'t hurt and women would most likely find it pleasurable just not aesthetic. I was hoping I wouldn\'t have to re-schuedule another round any time soon but it looks like I\'ll be looking into a 3rd round in a couple months.
Overall still a happy PMMAer though!

1 Year Update

Just checking in as it\'s been one year and one month to this date since my first round with Dr. C. I don\'t have any measurements and quite frankly that\'s a good thing as measuring is no longer a major concern of mine. So far I have no side effects to report besides a reduction in size but how much of that is real vs me just being accustomed to it I\'m not sure.

Overall I\'d say my life has improved, I\'m much more confident and no longer have size issues in the back of my head. However that\'s now been replaced with the concern of future issues that could arise. For that reason I have held off on getting a 3rd round for now.

I\'m not very active anymore but I do lurke from time to time for any updates. I wish the best for anyone who considers PMMA, let me know if you have any questions and I\'ll do my best to get back to you.

That\'s pretty much why I don\'t think I\'m a good candidate for PMMA. It\'s a bit of a catch-22 situation. I\'ll struggle to get aroused or enjoy sex with my current size, but if I have another go at doing something about it, I\'ll have to live with the constant fear that it could suddenly all blow up on me. I think this is a greater concern for me than most, having had to live my entire adult life with a deformed penis.

Of course i would like to know where you are at with your size at the moment (eg&fg) but of course if you don\'t want to do it no problem.

Hello again! I\'m resurrecting my log here as I\'m scheduled to revisit Dr C for my 3rd session next week crazy its been 7 years since my first. Nothing major is wrong and PMMA has been amazing, it\'s actually weird looking back at photos of my unit from before I\'ve had it done; definitely has increased my confidence and quality of life not ever thinking or worrying about my size (in all aspects of life, I\'m no longer bodybuilding or concerned about being larger than what is functionally aesthetic). Since I was gonna be in the SD area anyways I went ahead and scheduled a full 3rd session but am on the fence if I need a full session or just a touch up, wish there was a in between option. I\'ll follow up with some exact measurements but have been told by many women I am the \"perfect\" size. Granted a little size couldn\'t hurt I mainly would like a few areas cleaned up, I\'ve been hesitant to go back because if it\'s not broke don\'t fix it right? Went ahead and agreed to the PRP option he is offering, but haven\'t read that many accounts of people doing it alongside PMMA, but doesn\'t sound like it can hurt and isn\'t that much additional. Also while there planning on getting some botox in the face, only 31 but might as well for preventative aging. Will photo before and after and follow up on logging what Dr C ends up doing!

I agree with Naginati. The risk with microdroplets seems too high, so I'd avoid that.

In fact, could you let us know if they're still offering that? That would be concerning to me.
