TOPIC: Sizemic's PE and PMMA log

I\'m interested in perhaps a glans pump too... I\'ve never tried one before.
Anyone out there use one before? If so, what were the results? What would be a good model to use?

Ok the effect you get the days following a good pump session (half hour plus duration) after the initial pump gains have subsided is virtually the same in feel and appearance as if you were to do a really hard sweaty workout for say an hour, losing a lot of hydration and fluid. Then say you try to masturbate right after your workout. Most would find their penis is less girthy and thinner feeling then say if they were fully hydrated / not exhausted elsewhere in the body. That\'s the best analogy I can think of... Only the penis stays in this state for several days. Which is not ideal.

Just curious brother... Have you experienced a progressive loss of size? At what point post op do you feel your size has settled?

@M7, I believe I have lost a bit yes. I am pretty much where I. Was going into round 3 (meaning I gained nothing from round 3 ) asthetically it is still better than before though... But not $2500 worth (what each trip costs me roughly) IMO.

On a good Erection ill hit 5.75\" midshaft EG, my base Girth has dropped to just slightly over 6\". Its been around 5 months now and things haven\'t really changed in the last month or so.

Also when pumping, are you filling out the chamber to the point where your penis is pressed against the wall of the chamber?

Yes I pump to where I fill out the tube. My tube is 9\" x 2.25\". I leave the tube at roughly 6.75\" Girth. Inside the tube I can hit the 8\" mark BPEL as well. Takes maybe 30 min to fill it.

Just curious as to whether size loss is due to compression from the VED wall or perhaps from over expansion of the cavernous bodies against the dartos. Ever try pumping in a larger diameter cylinder... say, 2'\" or larger to see if your post pump size is effected? Surely you\'re not going to fill out that size cylinder. ... Yet.

Hmm could be? I am not sure really what the cause of the size decrease in recovery is a result of.

I don\'t usually fill out the tube until the 25+min mark though so I don\'t think its to do with squeezing into the walls.

I think this would be a good product to use in the weeks leading upto PMMA or even post op if you have a ring. I know it says it\'s head enlarger, but a device like this will give an excellent stretch to the skin around and above the circ line. This will help to prevent the ring in new cases, and should make it easier to fix in cases where a ring has already developed.

@hoddle10 I doubt that would help at all when it comes to the ring... if anything if you use it while the PMMA is setting and settling it would likely cause irregularities.

January 27, 2012 - ROUND 4 - 18cc 20% concentration

Well today I bit the bullet and did a 4th round. I am so glad I did. I know for a fact I will be well well over 6\" Girth now. Likely in the 6.2\" - 6.5\" mid-shaft Girth range.

I actually spoke with Wade about pumping. He mentioned that he has tried it but I don\'t think he quite has the mechanics of it down pat. Regardless, he said that the PMMA, once set and once collagen has formed becomes part of your skin. He says that it is stuck there and should not change as a result of pumping. Soooo really he thinks that pumping should have no real negative effects on PMMA tissue as it can\'t go anywhere.

Mind you, I have found that prolonged pumping kind of pulls at the bottom edge of the PMMA near the base up. This is consistent with non PMMA\'d units (the pumping ears pumpers get near the base).

Currently sitting as thick as my wrist... which is a small wrist for a man only around 6.5\" around but still... its a neat feeling being able to wear a watch on my penis on the same strap hole as my wrist uses!

Official Day 2 measurements After Round 4 (some swelling has gone away since day 1 and I was having some trouble getting completely Erect):

Just under circ-scar = 6\"
Mid-shaft Girth = 6.375\"
Just before base = 6.5\"
Base Girth = 6.75\"

I expect these numbers to obviously go down somewhat. Like I said I was bigger / more swollen right after and the night of the procedure. I will be happy with a 6.25\" midshaft final measurement for sure. Its all up to the collagen now.

Looking at my round 1 (which was documented well day to day) I hit my low point between day 6 - 13 and by day 21ish I hit pretty much my final size. I think I will wait until Feb. 27th to measure again, since that will be 1 month since the round was done.

Things I noticed this time:
The PMMA seemed to stay pliable longer / still is somewhat pliable. Wade warned me of this saying it would take a lot of work on my part massaging. The reason for this is because he said once you have a lot of product in there the new product has trouble \"sticking\" to the old product.
