TOPIC: Sizemic's PE and PMMA log

Round 2:

So I get in the office and Wade calls me into the office where they do the PMMA work. I put on the gown in the washroom and come out for inspection / photos.

As soon as Wade sees my penis he was very very happy with how round 1 turned out for me. He was actually quite amazed. Apparently my round 1 results were one of the best he has seen if not the best. As far as weird shapes and touch ups go. He said for a round 1 my results were quite natural looking and very aesthetic.

He was quite surprised that my ring under the head was barely visible and same with the base. The only real touch up / abnormality that needed any real attention was the fact that I had a bulge mid-shaft that was somewhat noticeable.

When Dr. C came in Wade was quite happy to show him how \"perfect\" my round 1 results were. Dr. C agreed and pulled up my file on the computer to recall exactly what he did. His response was something like: \"See, this is what we should be doing every time.\" He must log what he does and how he does it for each patient.

After seeing my results from round 1 Wade originally wanted to only correct the bulge (meaning filling above and below it so the shaft is more uniform)... BUT, personally I wanted to end up larger than 5.5\" Girth so I told him that I really want similar results to round 1... I really wanted another 0.75\" gain like last time.

I could tell he was a little hesitant to do that because he believed the results were looking very aesthetically pleasing and he didn\'t want to mess that up... but he obliged to my wishes saying if its another full session I wanted, I will get it.

Since there was a bit of a bulge they needed to put most of the PMMA above and below it with only a little bit being placed in the middle so it turned out uniform. My base actually got the most of the PMMA which wont be too bad since it was already 6\" on a good day, 5.75\" on a cold day haha. I\'m expecting 6.5\"+ in the base for sure.

In the end I got 18cc which puts me at 40cc total if you include both rounds. I am lucky that I only really needed 0.5\" of a Girth gain to reach 6\"... I am hoping this will be enough to get there. I believe it should be.

After the procedure it took 5 f**king hours to get across the border... 3.5 hours to reach the border from the clinic, then my driver and I had to go to secondary inspection... I guess a Mexican driving a 22 year old Canadian across the border after a one day trip to a Dermatologist is a little fishy and needs further investigation.

The border official didn\'t understand why I would fly from Canada to San Diego then drive to TJ for a day, then back to San Diego for the night then back to Canada the next day... and the fact that the only extra cloths I brought were a pair of shorts... he thought something didn\'t add up. I told him I got a cosmetic procedure from a Dermatologist. Then he asked what exactly I had done. I responded with I received a series of injections with a tissue filler. At this point I was 99% sure I would have to go to some back room and show him, but luckily he stopped there and said ok.

By the time I got to the hotel I was in the car for 5 hours! I took a few pics but can\'t upload them until I get home.

So in summary, round 1 was so good they didn\'t want to mess it up. I believe I got another full session, but it was a little more conservative than my first was (4cc less than the first). Personally I hope this will be enough to reach 6\" mid-shaft... If I fall short of that I will be a little bit disappointed to be honest.

18cc should be more than enough right? I really don\'t want to have to go back for a round 3... But if I don\'t make 6\" I think I likely will... Even if its just a half session... I want that 6\" Girth minimum!

Wow Congrats dude, I can\'t wait to see the pics. I want results like yours and I hope they use the technique used with you as a standard.

Thanks uptownblk, I know a lot of it has to do with how your body reacts as well. When they were discussing rings they said that typically the younger guys who get this done don\'t develop them as bad. I don\'t really know why that could be, but they did mention age as playing some sort of role.

So I am in the San Diego airport now... I am still wrapped up (loosely) as I decided it would be best to stay wrapped for the plane. With the wrap I am clearly over 6\" Girth Flaccid and about 6.5\" long...

Lets just say I am wearing baggy track pants that allow my big guy to swing around and it is very noticeable. I have always had a fairly long Flaccid (6\"+) but maybe with my old Girth it didn\'t protrude as much... I kid you not as I walked around the gates I could noticeably see women checking out my package. I mean it was quite obvious even. I would see them at first looking ahead then as I almost got beside them (within 10ft) they would glance down and take a peak.

With these pants it is a bit ridiculous though.. I mean it literally swings as I walk hahaha. It probably would draw attention just because of that.

Normally when people say things like this I kind of shrug it off and think something like \"yeah... sure man\" and roll my eyes. But I am being serious here, I witnessed some crotch watchers in the terminal hehe.

Also, is it just me or do you guys find when you are in the airport you are surrounded by babes! In the Toronto airport especially. I don\'t know if its just because in the Toronto airport they typically have flights to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Fransisco and San Diego in gates around each other or what. But I swear... the airport is full of 10s.

Enough of this babbling... I\'ll try to see if I can upload some pics now.

FINAL ROUND 1 PICTURES - DAY BEFORE ROUND 2

The following pictures are the last 3 pictures I took the day before round 2. In these pictures I tried to identify anything that needed touching up.

On the side profile and the front profile one you can clearly see the \"bulge\" in the middle that I was talking about. That was the area they addressed the most on round 2.

They actually filled up to the ring for me and left the original tapering near the head (Wade thought my taper looked nice and didn\'t want to mess with it).

Other areas that needed addressing were the base (on the back and sides mostly).

Wade and Dr. C focused most of the PMMA in the area above and below the bulge. They didn\'t put a lot on top of the bulge but they did fill the backside behind it (it dipped in on the back a little) so my mid-shaft measurements should increase.

Wow! Awesome my friend. Hope I get results as good as yours. You must be \"beaming\" with confidence. You and I are the about the same starting length but my Girth is 5.3\" in circumference. My glans is also 1.75\" wide and 1.875\" long so I\'m good in that department. I\'m hoping to hit a minimum of 6.75\" in two sessions. Thanks for documenting everything. I really appreciate and I\'m sure others do too. Can\'t wait for the next update.

PS. And yes, what you said is so true! There\'s tons of gorgeous women at the airport! Don\'t know why... that\'s just how it is. My trip to Brazil was very interesting.

ROUND 2 - July 6th, 2011 - Day 2 Post-op - 18cc
These were taken this morning, already the ridge (indent) by the ring has subsided a little bit. Hopefully with time it will lessen and not get worse. If it causes troubles I will have to do a 3rd round... I doubt it will though. I am not overly concerned about people noticing this since it is right where my circ scar is I can blame it on that... It will likely subside, it already has a bit.

Your penis seems to have tolerated the 2nd round better it seems, and I suspect those early \"inflated\" areas will indeed come down (I think most of us from experience can tell early impressions are just too unreliable).
You will be at porn-status given your already well-endowed length, congrats hah!

Haha thanks S.O. Porn is tempting for sure... like running it as a business and of course being in it. I have another friend in the film industry (he\'s actually a children\'s TV star HAHA) who wants to film / co-own a porn company and he has approached me a few times about it. He has a lot of really good ideas and at least knows some people who he could talk to about it. I am in business at University and plan on getting my MBA as well... It\'s definitely quite tempting.
Haha BUT you have to consider how being involved (especially starring) in something like that will put a stop to a lot of career opportunities in the future... So its still a very very big maybe... more of just a fantasy really. But it is a thought haha

Amazing results. Aesthetically, yours looks more natural with PMMA than a lot guys natural penis does. Couple of questions. You mentioned doctor had used a different or unique technique on you, could you please elaborate?

Also, like you, I have been doing natural PE and have gained .75\" in 3 months in length. Do you know if Hanging is allowed after PMMA?
