Thanks man, Viel is in London UK and his twin brother is in Dubai. google LCAS Viel. If you are not based in UK or don\'t travel there I would not recommend it as you need 3-4 monthly top ups (takes 20 minutes) to maintain it!

JAM, as someone who\'s had FFT done, how do you think PMMA would work for someone who\'s shaft was stretched out from a previous fat transfer? I had FFT over 15 years ago, when overfilling is the norm. I have an uneven shaft now, with stretched out, \"dead spots\" in some areas and lumps in others. I has thinking about getting PMMA used to even everything out, but am concerned that it might be hard to inject the product in a loose area, almost like trying to fill a half-deflated water balloon. Also, how do you think it would mesh with the lumps?

Thanks for re posting this. I actually had a couple of questions regarding this so would prefer to answer it in public.
I had the same concerns although my my FFT job was fairly even as per pictures.
Basically they will fill out the gaps but they will also poke around in the fat and break it up to mix it.
Hoddle who is a mod here and who you also spoke to told me (and you) that given another chance he would not have bothered trying to remove it first but gone straight in for the PMMA. I sent my pictures of to Wade first for his opinion so my advice to you or anyone else would be to take a pic and send it off for them to look at. Unless yo have a severe deformity they will probably take take you on.
