TOPIC: Penuma Implanted

Just to give an update. I had my my implant put in & Supra pubic lift done on Friday the 8th. I'm sitting at LAX waiting for my flight. All went well and it looks great. Got one drain taken out today the other will be taken out by my Primary Dr at home. Pretty happy with the results so far. I will have to post some stats after I get home. I can tell you it's thicker Flaccid than it when it was hard.

Made it home took some measurements. My before Flaccid was 2.5' length 3.5' Girth. Now I measure Flaccid 5' length & 5' Girth. The length may be a little longer than that. I'm not pressing to the bone due to the lift. He showed me picture of the fat he took out. Holy crap you talk about a chunk of fat. All looks good. I'll start posting pics each week since I have to take them every week for the Doc. Inatially I have to say I'm pleased with the results. My wife is also impressed with the transformation. I'm anxious to see Erect Girth measurements.

How is the pain/discomfort so far? Will you be able to return to work immediately or will you be needing some time to recover?

The pain is tolerable and gets better everyday. It feels like your Dick is in a vice and being pulled outward. That feeling could be from them putting the extra long implant in. They could put the extra long in due the pubic fat Removal/lift opens up quite a bit more area. I'll be going back to work Friday, but I don't have a physical job. Your activity level is dependent on your progress and the Dr. releasing you accordingly. Today I get my second drain removed by my primary care physician. The penis drain was taken out Monday at their office during the checkup. The Supra pubic drain had to stay in a few more days. I'll be glad to get that out so I can start taking showers.

Thanks for the updates! How did the Removal of the second drain go? Also, do you have before/after pictures that you can post? I was suppose to get the procedure done last month but postponed it. I'm still hesitant about getting it done.

Second drain is out & stiched with dissolving Sutures. I get the stiches removed Thursday from the penile drain. Today was my 7 days out from seeing Dr Elist so I'm going to send pics tomorrow. I'll post my before surgery pics and my 7 days post op pics tomorrow night. Pretty much pain free at this point. Do get slight pain on the right side sometimes due to dressing to the right. So then I just adjust to put it the left and it goes away. I assume it pulls on the stiches in the head a bit after Hanging one way or the other. Everything is healing great. I can say getting a semi Erection like a bitch though. You can really feel the stiches in the head.

First off thanks to guys that have commented so far.

Well I had my stitches for my penile drain removed the other day by my primary Doctor. He said everything is healing great and all the tissues look healthy. Dr. Elist was good with my first set of follow up pictures. Aftercare has been pretty straight forward as prescribed by Dr. Elist. The morning after showers I use a non scented Viamin A &D lotion. I also take L-Arinine & L-Citruline supplement in the mornings as well. If going to work or out I put a Tubigrip on. At night I put a pea sized amount of Nitrobid on the shaft.

The only issue so far is a little swelling in the scrodem area. I spent the whole ay out and about driving and walking through stores. It was either that or the pants I was wearing. The seam of the pants strangling the new package. It felt like it was in a vice. I think part of the issue is the haft not being as pliable as it used to be. Kind of feels like a half chub. Slowly gettin used to the feeling of having a bulge down there. To cure the problem I've ordered some new pants from Mugsy Jeans. Their pants are made to accommodate the bulge in the pants. I also ordered some G-Star jeans in relaxed fit w/ button fly. We will see how they work out. If anybody knows of any other brands let me know.

I'll try to post things as they come up or as I remember stuff I've left out so far.

Hey Herman, I've spent a couple years researching the Elist implant and have done a lot of reading on this site. I still bounce back and forth on getting the implant. Im going to be following your recovery and posts as I am very interested. I agree that there are risks with any procedure, I mean there are tons of "nightmare" testimonials with breast implants. People are also more inclined to write about negative experiences than positive ones. Your surgery and recovery may aid in my decision. Good luck with the healing process, I pray (inbound the most positive sense) that it goes well for your.

Herman, did you find this forum after receiving the implant or before?

I found this forum before getting the implant. Scared the crap out of me. So then I started looking and getting consultations. After that I found myself back at Dr Elist.
