TOPIC: Tadalafil or ligament release

First-time poster, so hi to the forum.
​I recently had 12 ml of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler injected into the shaft and 1 ml into the glans. The initial results were impressive: close to 15 cm Flaccid with a 6-Inch Girth. However, I feel that was primarily due to the anesthetic relaxing the base of the penis and the surrounding muscles.
​Post-recovery, I am sitting close to 13 cm with a 5.9-Inch Girth, which is still good. That said, my penis's ability to "turtle" is something to behold. I had planned on having a suspensory ligament release, but I've read horror stories about it being ineffectual. Interestingly, taking Tadalafil causes my Flaccid member to relax completely due to its impact on smooth muscle.
​Because of this, I’m keen to hear any positive stories or experiences regarding ligament release from men whose penises are also highly prone to Turtling.
