 I've had 3-4 PMMA sessions in the past years, last one being over 2 years ago... I started pumping a year after the last one. I remember being told by avanti that it's fine and even encouraged. I never got to ask them back in the day about Hanging and extending though. On reddit I read that someone was advised against doing those after PMMA whereas I've seen some people on here do it.

Very confused and don't wanna risk messing up my fillers. I hate my length and I'd like to at least try and fight to grow some of it. To be fair, pre-PMMA, I tried Hanging and it was unpleasant so my question is more likely about using extenders - is it okay or is it advised against once you've done PMMA already? I read a lot of people saying it's a lot harder to gain length after PMMA but I'd still want to try if I know it's safe.

 I thought it was fine, since a lot of guys on here have reported losing length post PMMA. I do it every now and then (I pump mostly). I just think it’s not excessive weights that’s already considered dangerous.
