Hi boys

Love the forum. I got 20cc of hyacorp about six months ago. Great results. Want to do some length work now. Recently found r/getting bigger and bought a hog stretcher.

Used it a few times on very high tension, shoulda eased into it. On the last time I actually got a blister on the glans and a thick see through droplet came out of the glans. Looks like it could have been HA!

Obviously I went way too hard and should have taped up. But it got me thinking. Will stretching my penis under high tension result in the earlier breakdown of my HA? Secondly would the presence of this thick, quite firm substance stop length gains from actually being achieved long term?

I'm trying to work out whether to start serious length work now or if I've gotta wait until my HA begins to dissolve. Ideally I'd love to start now but obviously want to sacrifice my HA if I don't have to.

Would love to hear from anyone with HA who's done stretching and has experience.

Many thanks boys

It's hard to say because your body will eventually begin to break down the Hyaluronic Acid (HA), so if you were to start extending, how could one discern between natural dissipation of filler or the external stressors created by the stretching device?

I do know that UV is one thing that can speed up the break down of HA (in other words, avoid tanning beds or nude beaches), but I don't think stretching devices are a major concern (pumping however may be something I'd wonder about) I'd be more curious to hear from some of the experts -- @PhalloFILL @Dr_Shafer @Dr_Tsay @Dr_Sullivan

I agree that I do not believe stretching will increase metabolism of HA filler and it could give the perception of loss because of the lengthening … if it’s significant.

Cheers for the reply boys. I think I'm gonna do it and then see how it is. My fillers were super affordable so will probably get another done at some point anyway.

Also in my experience, pumping actually enhanced my filler results and seemed to make it last for longer, I guess BC pumping just makes the penis thicker only by drawing blood rather than stretching.

Thanks again

Krakow, Poland mate. Was over there any way. Think it was about £1k for 20cc if memory serves me correct. Price mght be different now. Service was v professional too.

I know peopl have mixed opinions on hyacorp but I rate it. After my extending I'll probably go back to Krakow. Can be in n out in one day, like 100 quid return flight

I do not believe that traction or stretching shortens the lifespan of HA. Hyaluronic Acid is injected into many areas of the body that undergo mechanical stress—like lips (chewing, talking) and joints (constant compression and movement). These fillers still last for their expected duration. Extending and pumping are unlikely to accelerate breakdown in a meaningful way.

@Skeptical_One
In theory it seems that recurrent stretching can have some affect on the metabolism of filler. Literature search shows HA in the perioral areas such as Nasolabial folds in the face, marionette lines, perioral lip lines do degrade faster than areas that are more static such as chin, jawline, temple, etc. There are also so many variables that factor such as pliability of the filler (some fillers have more elasticity than others), degree of crosslinking of the HA, concentration of HA, etc. So there is No real data supporting or denying this claim. With that being said, I generally see a very long duration of HAs overall ( and I have played around with most of them).
