TOPIC: Where to Start

I am in the beginning stages of my PE journey and was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction. Outside of using a bathmate briefly with no lasting results. Other than that I’ve never done any other form of PE exercises. I’m open to trying any routines that anyone here has had success with.

I’m newly single and ready to take this journey seriously. I’ve read a lot on this forum and feel grateful that there is so much information.

Currently I’m most interested in starting the P-Long protocol, as I’d like to avoid any surgeries until I’ve exhausted non-invasive solutions.
Sadly the other forums out there are riddled with conflicting information and results.

If nothing works, from my limited research proud Urology seems like a great place. I’m just afraid of doing anything that could lead to potentionally being impotent.

There is a lot of information here but I find myself overwhelmed at determining a starting point. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I spent 2 years doing PE. Matters of Size and Thunders place were good resources. Unfortunately for me nothing was permanent even though I was fairly consistent with my routine. Two weeks off and all gains were lost. I ended up lurking on this forum, decided to take the enhancement plunge and never looked back. I went with Dr Liu in San Francisco ( he offers similar services to Proud) and have been very happy since.

Thank you for your response. I’m looking for permanent results so it good to hear your experience with PE. That’s also why I’m considering starting with P-Long before moving on to fillers and other options. Do you have any recommendations?

I know with PE consistency is key. You will certainly have better luck since you have medical professionals with proven success behind you. Just stick with it. I will certainly following your thread.

Currently ~6in in Erect length and ~3.5in in Girth.
My goals would be to gain 1-2 inches in each direction.
Apologies for not articulating this correctly. Like I said I’m just getting started.


In terms of length, you would be able to gain that Inch from the MAXL non-surgical protocol (similar to P-Long but no P-shots, we do External Counter Pulsation Therapy instead) which is comparable to P-Long, though I don't know exactly what kind of size increases they get. The MAXL would probably only get you about a half Inch of added Girth unfortunately, though we have seen several patients go beyond that.

When it comes to Girth, it's going to take a good bit of filler material to get you that 1-2 extra inches, especially with you starting out as long as you are. The longer the penis, the more filler material that is required to reach your goal. With that high of a goal Girth increase, your best bet would be the PERM fat tissue transplant surgery, but I know you said you want to avoid going under the knife. You can potentially reach your Girth goal with FDA-approved fillers, just be careful to have it done over several sessions rather than all of it packed into 1 or 2 sessions. We've found that going over 10mL at a time with any kind of filler greatly increases your likelihood of developing nodules and/or granuloma.

Lastly, stay FAR AWAY from silicone injections. Anyone trying to sell you on "silicone," "CMC," "carboxymethylcellulose," "Silikon 1000," "natural, permanent filler," "collagen-inducing filler," "pharmaceutical grade filler," or any combination of those is injecting a silicone oil mixture that is highly illegal and strongly warned against by the FDA. These silicone injections are very cheap and look fantastic as soon as you have them done. However, silicone does not stay put and will eventually migrate to other areas and harden, causing disfigurement, Necrosis (tissue death), treatment-resistant infection, constant severe pain, and even kidney and/or liver failure.

Thank you for your response. I’m open to fillers in the future. The plan as of now is to start with MAXL after my consultation coming up. Then moving onto P-Long after taking a couple month break once finishing MAXL. I believe you saw my other post.
At first I was considering the DIY method of PE but rather stick to proven methods / techniques. This is primarily to avoid any unwanted injury’s. I believe you saw my other post. The goal is to verify and document the methods rigorously with weekly check ins / month photo updates on that post.
