Hello. First post. But long time lurker. Longer PE enthusiast.

I am getting PMMA this month and one of the important parts of the recovery is to stay elongated as much as possible. Especially the first 3 days. I was told use whatever Hanger device I’m comfortable with.

I’ve never used hangers/stretchers. Only manuals and pump.

I am also uncircumcised.

I looked at the male Hanger compression device - seems fine - but squeezing it right around the penis doesn’t sound like good idea during the recovery stage of PMMA - or am I wrong?

I looked at zen Hanger - it’s a noose around the glans - I assume this is much better because the pressure will not be compressing the shaft (?).

I also think that the weight is not significant it’s more significant that the penis stays stretched out - so low weight long time - maybe the zen (noose type) is best?

My surgery is coming up in few weeks and need to buy and familiarize myself with the device.

What hangers do you suggest?

Congrats on moving forward. If you go with Avanti Derma, they provide you with a weighted ball and noose. You would essentially hang the noose wrapped around the ridge beneath your head. In your case, I guess you would keep yourself retracted. I have read several accounts use the zen Hanger, which does the same. I would say to keep it at 3 to 5 pounds max and to keep it elongated around the clock those first 3 days which are the most crucial. When I slept on my back those first 3 days is when I didn’t have it prolonged. Other than that it was around the clock those first 3 days. There’s a thread on here that details those crucial things to keep in mind. Go look for that. The user Texas put that together. Good luck!
