Hi guys,
Today, I decided to start on a penis stretching routine. I have done some research online about penis stretching and they all say there is nothing to gain from it since the penis is an organ not a muscle. Nonetheless, I am going to do it anyways...hahaha

I probably won't gain anything and I am risking to do more harm than good. For the sake of research, I am going to try. My plan is to stretch my penis using weights by Hanging them from the head using a suction cup and round weights. I have attached a picture so that you have a better idea. I am going to stretch for about 30-45 minutes every day. The weights weigh 3.5 lbs
My plan is to post here every month to keep you all updated on my progress.
For the record I am also attaching some pictures with my current measurements.

My starting measurements are:
Fully Erect ruler pressed in: 5.0 inches.
Fully Erect measured from base to tip: 4.5 inches.
My Erect Girth measured in the middle is 7.0 inches.
Also, I want to mention that I haven't done the ligament cut surgery but it is something that I would like to do some day.
With that said, I will report back in about a month.
If you are doing the same thing I'm doing, please share. I would like to know your gains if any.

It turns out I measured my penis incorrectly. The BPEL measurement should be done on the side of the penis with a ruler and pressed until it hits the pubic bone. So, my real BPEL fully Erect measurement is 6.0 inches.

I've never heard of measuring BPEL from the side, though as long as you can get a consistent measurement it is useful for tracking progress.

Watch out for blisters with the vacuum cup, you'll have to tape up your glans or try the water trick IIRC

Yeah,
I always thought you press the ruler against pubic bone at the top of penis. But Google says on the side. Either way, I have both measurements hahaha. Thanks for the blisters advice.

Your prior presumption would be more accurate only because that's what "the standard" is that's used in urological studies
standard is along the top, pressed to the pubic bone. Sadly I've lived long enough to have read a gazillion Dick studies and their methodologies...so that i could argue about Dick statistics on the internet. It's really sad when you confess it out loud lol

But yeah, going along the side gives you a measurement a)beyond what's usable, b)that none of the studies from which we get averages use. So all of the averages we've heard are based either on BPEL or BPFSL.

Seemed too good to be true; taking the measurement from the side. Lol
I agree, measuring the usable part is more accurate. Although, if you have pubic fat it might not give you a real measurement when pressing the ruler against the bone. In my case, I gained 30 pounds and I know have some fat downthere. I lost 20 pounds already, but the pubic fat is harder to get rid of.

I have...entirely too much fat and fat pad. I make jokes about in my progress report but I lose a good 1.5" or more of visual penis from my fatassery.
That said when you're slamming the old shorts sausage home the fat gives way, and you're getting extra penis in there. Whatever your hands can press down with only moderate force, is what's going in a woman when it's her body doing the pressing.

I started looking into doing a pubic fat liposuction if it is not too expensive. Only because I don't know other way to lose the pubic fat.
Also, a ligament cut is on my radar. I want to try this penis stretching routine first to see if; a) I gain anything by doing that, b) be familiar with regular stretching if I end up doing the ligament cut surgery.

Dont get to hung up on BPEL etc etc. For me personally - I found that measuring what sticks out was better for me - since that is what everyone will fucking see anyway. Obviously for data purposes go ahead and get the BPEL, from all angles and log them. Then pick one thing that you will be consistent over. For me that was my free Hanging Flaccid post stretch was my most common data point. Also, I would grab measurements of the free Hanging penis at random times during a random day. On a graph, over time, you will see both of these numbers tracking upward.

As an added bonus, for anyone with weight to lose; when you do finally shed some FUPA pounds, it will be an extra Dick bonus haha.

Thanks for your input. I plan on doing the measurement check at the end of one month. I believe should see some change in length by then. So far I haven't had any issues with stretching and everything is going well. I am not trying to over do it or cause any harm to my dick.
I'm staying consistent with my stretching routine.

Hi guys,

In case you are following this topic, I want to give you guys a quick update.
I did the penis stretching routine for about a week and then I stopped. It was kinda difficult to come home after work, eat dinner, and then hang weights. I don't think this is for me.
I don't have the discipline to do it everyday hoping some day I will get some gains.
With that said, this idea of stretching is over for me. I won't be posting any updates about this anymore.
