I don't believe their unwillingness to ship it abroad is sufficient grounds to throw the word "scam" around to be frank, and here's the reason why: the pump is treated as a
medical device and thus is prescribed by an American physician and not directly by the company (although to be fair, this too is a little confusing because it appears they possibly deal with repairs, refunds, etc, and I'll have to reach out to them).
If this policy (i.e. requiring a Doctor's Orders) remain consistent today, then it makes complete sense why they wouldn't ship it abroad. They have every reason to make a profit, so denying the transaction for DOUBLE the asking price at your request tells me they take seriously liability and other constraints (e.g. laws), and only a true scammer would have gone through with the transaction in the face of questionable hurdles & possible infractions.
I should note that I could be wrong in my assumption that they denied shipment due to "the rules," but I can't see how turning down double the business in it of itself is scam-like. They could have any other number of reasons, which include the potential costs of having to cover the hefty costs of shipping it back & forth in the need it requires repairs, etc.

"I got a refund before i ever started. They are a professional organization but I think they jumped the gun on their claims." and others have mentioned that the Company has been dialing back on the size emphasis, and finding it to be more effective in treating
Erection quality (which in turn can improve maximizing your natural size). Their willingness to change their claims when presented with newer and large sample sizes is a positive thing, when they could have always doubled down on their original claims (and that isn't to say their initial studies were wrong or that you cannot gain actual size with its therapy). Again, these decisions by Phalback seem far less scam-like upon further examination.
As I've stated numerous times previously, they are not a Sponsor and instead a limited time Advertiser on the frontpage -- the distinction is that a Sponsor is endorsed by the
PhalloBoards, while limited time advertisers are simply that, ads. If it appears to be a viable and relatively safe alternative to other options here, I'm all for sharing it, but if they aren't a Sponsor, I cannot say that I share any convictions in their guarantees.
I genuinely felt (and still do, despite some of the changes in narrative) that precision manual penis enlargement has the most potential for successful gains (if they are at all possible), since tracking data is so much more accurate and reliable. Phalback represented the first time I've seen this level of precision & engineering in a device intended for the benefits of the penis (be it size and/or
Erection quality).
What I'm hoping is to reach out to them this month and see if they are willing to share a forum post (through me or directly themselves) on what Phalback has learned in the past year and what its primary purpose is today.
