Hey everyone. I’ve had HA quite successfully from Shafer but I do feel I lost a little bit of length from the anesthetic injection as it tightened my ligament dramatically and permanently. I had done a lot of work to loosen it prior and it was basically undone. I now face the problem that I can’t fit my Girth inside the extenders I used before. Does anyone else with large Girth have some recommendations on other techniques they’ve used successfully?

How much Girth do you have at the base? I just had some PMMA done and seem to be 6.5 at the base and am barely fitting into my restorex.

At ~6.75" Girth here currently.

I actually had a bit of a scare with the extender.

My old technique was to prepare the extender with a few rods tightened to the base, become Erect, insert my penis through the base loop/mount, attach the plastic with the loops, insert through the loop, tighten, allow my Erection to diffuse, then loosen/extend the rods anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" longer. Doing this in the past for extended periods gave me exceptional gains over a ten year period (I didn't do it all of the ten years, but when I did I did it regularly for a few months at a time, ultimately gaining over an Inch in length).

Well, I tried repeating that technique. But I couldn't fit my Erect penis through the opening at the base at all. So I tried to adapt. I got soft, even semi wouldn't fit. Then inserted it through and attempted to become Erect. Well... that's where the problems started. The base is completely rigid and acted like a rigid Cock ring. This sounds good but it was definitely too tight. I felt a bit scared but decided I needed to just calm down and hope there was some blood flow back. I saw that there was, and so I decided to test the gear-loosening on the rods. The gears are now digging in quite a lot into my skin and the turning of the gear screws cut my skin more than just a tiny bit. It was a disaster!

You probably need to upgrade to a different extender. Something like an Apex.
