If you've never done PE I think you can make some length gains, from .5 to 1
Inch after 6 months or more, but
Girth is much harder to achieve. Pumping can help temporarily, used consistently you might get some semi-permanent gains. You might get .25 to .5 in with
Jelqing, but it takes a long time and a lot of effort. And if you stop you may lose some or all of those gains. Some people also clamp to get
Girth gains but in the end fillers are the easiest/ quickest option, although also the most expensive.
